B854 - Chrome Tourmaline $ 1200 (=~ AUS$ 1830) Landanai, Tanzania miniature - 3.8 x 2.5 x 2.3 cm
Fantastic single Chrome Tourmaline from Tanzania. 'Chrome Tourmaline' is a vanandium and chromium rich variety of the species Dravite. This crystal has 3 distinct color zones - a bright, vivid green at the termination, a darker green at the center, and a yellow green at the base. This is one of about 5 similar crystals I purchased years ago and I've never seen another similar since then. Weighs 35 grams.

D111 - Azurite $ 300 (=~ AUS$ 457) Milpillas Mine, Cuitaca, Sonora, Mexico miniature - 4.8 x 4 x 2 cm
Large single crystal likely from the Milpillas Mine. This was shipped to me directly from Mexico from a miner who claimed it was from Sierra Rica, however it looks more like a Milpillas Mine crystal. At any rate, it's a big, showy single crystal crystallized on all sides, front and back, with some bits of matrix intergrown in areas.
D126 - Mottramite over/after Quartz $ 180 (=~ AUS$ 274) Mina Oujela, Mapimi, Durango, Mexico small cabinet - 5.5 x 3.5 x 3.5 cm
Unusual specimen of Mottramite that is either covering Quartz crystals or pseudomorphed after Quartz crystals. There is Quartz at the base of the specimen, but when I look closely at the bottoms of the crystals at the edge, I can see no Quartz in the cores, which leads me to believe the Quartz has been pseudomorphed to Mottramite.
D128 - Fluorite $ 400 (=~ AUS$ 610) Mina Oujela, Mapimi, Durango, Mexico miniature - 5 x 3 x 2.8 cm
Transparent purple/blue crystals from recent finds. Glass-like crystals with one tiny crystal of Galena on the bottom.

Sperical cluster of Epistilbite crystals in an open vug in basalt. The crystals are highly lustrous and extend out from the center to varying distances creating a neat visual effect.
