M105 - Azurite $ 250 Milpillas Mine, Cuitaca, Sonora, Mexico miniature - 3.5 x 2.2 x 1.8 cm
Azurite crystal cluster composed of a major 2.0cm crystal situated on top, with smaller crystals. Crystallized all around with some Malachite. The Azurite has bright 'electric' blue color.
M110 - Brochantite $ 1500 Milpillas Mine, Cuitaca, Sonora, Mexico cabinet - 11 x 6 x 2 cm
Thick, deep forest green Brochantite crystals with high luster on matrix. Two very fine, well isolated clusters stand out against the lighter colored matrix. Largest cluster is 2.7cm wide. Individual crystals reach 7mm in width. These are thick, robust crystals from a 2014 find and are much different in style than earlier finds from the mine which were usually more fragile, hair-like crystals.

Thick, deep forest green Brochantite crystals with high luster on a thin wafer of matrix. Main crystal is 6mm wide. Good crystals on the bottom side too. These are thick, robust crystals from a 2014 find and are much different in style than earlier finds from the mine which were usually more fragile, hair-like crystals.

Single thick, chisel terminated 2.1cm Azurite crystal on matrix. Slight chatter along one edge, otherwise undamaged. Great luster and form and strong color.

Floater cluster of Azurite crystals with minor amounts of Malachite attached. Undamaged floater cluster composed of 4 intergrown crystals, largest 1.7cm long.
M151 - Azurite with Malachite $ 150 Milpillas Mine, Cuitaca, Sonora, Mexico thumbnail - 2.3 x 1.8 x 1.6 cm
Floater cluster of Azurite crystals with Malachite from the watercourse pocket. Main crystal is undamaged and 2.1cm long. One minor crystal has a contact where it likely grew against a pocket wall, otherwise undamaged.
E664 - Malachite after Cuprite on Azurite $ 500 Blue Mine, Chessy, Rhone-Alpes, France miniature - 5 x 3.3 x 2.8 cm
Fine, deep blue cluster of Azurite from the famous Chessy mines of France. These mines are long closed and this specimen was likely found in the 1800s. There are numerous attached crystals of Malachite that have pseudomorphed after Cuprite and a few areas where the Azurite has altered to Malachite.
E669 - Azurite Blue Mine, Chessy, Rhone-Alpes, France miniature - 4 x 3.5 x 2.5 cm
Floater cluster of Azurite from the famous Chessy mines of France. This one has a neat 2.5cm wide crystal edge forming a sharp ridge right down the center. These mines are long closed and I understand these specimens were found in the 1800s. There are no points of contact, a complete floater. There is some damage on one end but overall it's in great condition.
E673 - Azurite with Malachite after Cuprite $ 200 Blue Mine, Chessy, Rhone-Alpes, France thumbnail - 3 x 2.5 x 2.5 cm
Floater cluster of Azurite from the famous Chessy mines of France. These mines are long closed and I understand these specimens were found in the 1800s. Nice crystallization with individual to over 1cm, plus a small Malachite after Cuprite crystal. There are no points of contact, a complete floater and undamaged.
E674 - Azurite $ 2500 Blue Mine, Chessy, Rhone-Alpes, France small cabinet - 5.8 x 4.3 x 4.0 cm
Floater cluster of Azurite from the famous Chessy mines of France. These mines are long closed and I understand these specimens were found in the 1800s. This specimen features large blocky crystals and uniform deep blue color. There are no points of contact, a complete floater and undamaged. The finest large Chessy Azurite I've ever owned.

Thick chisel-shaped crystals of deep forest green Brochantite crystals on matrix. A few of the crystals to the lower right grew against the pocket/seam wall otherwise the crystals all have wonderful sharp terminations. These are thick, robust crystals from a 2014 find and are much different in style than earlier finds from the mine which were usually more fragile, hair-like crystals.

Bright, electric blue Azurite crystals from the watercourse pocket. Two larger intergrown crystals form the backdrop for a number of smaller crystals projecting forward. Undamaged.
