Cluster of octahedral Cuprite crystals with associated bright yellow Miersite (which is a member of the chlorargyrite group of minerals). Only a small number of the recovered Cuprite specimens were associated with Miersite. Complete, undamaged floater specimen with no points of contact.

Cluster of octahedral Cuprites with associated Silver and Copper. This is a fabulous, complete and undamaged floater with no points of contact. Individual crystals reach 1.7cm in size.

Two intergrown octahedral Cuprite crystals with attached Silver. Complete undamaged floater though smaller crystal has an indented growth on one face.

Cluster of octahedral Cuprite, largest 2.2 cm with associated Silver and small amounts of Copper. Complete all around, contacting on the bottom. Bottom has attached areas of yellow Miersite.

4cm wide by 3.5cm tall crystal of Pyrrhotite that has been replaced by Pyrite, coated by pale pink spheres of Rhodochrosite.

Mirror lustrous Galena crystals with Sphalerite. Best is a 2.3cm upright spinel twin.

Sharply formed, lustrous black tetrahedral crystals of Sphalerite, some with small Sphalerites growing fromt he sides of the alrger crystals. Fine quality crystals.

Dramatic cluster of angular Silver crystals, capped by a superb 1.2cm crystal. Tiny amounts of Copper are present on some of the crystal faces.  Nothing but good, large crystals. Fine!

Showy specimen of Cuprian Adamite on Calcite with crystals to 1.3 cm long. Good sized crystals that present dramatically for display.

Single Tanzanite crystal with a Pyrite crystal attached to one side. Pyrite is not unusual from Merelani, but Tanzanite specimens with attached Pyrite are fairly uncommon, especially those with the pyrite perched so aesthetically on the Tanzanite. The Tanzanite is also a bi-color with a yellow termination over a blue body color. Unusual addition to a Merelani suite.

Water clear 2.8cm Quartz crystal attached to the front of a partial Tanzanite crystal. Some small, bright yellow Prehnite crystals add some color contrast to this unusual specimen. The left side of the Quartz crystal is coated by a druse of white Prehnite, and there are even some Graphite crystals attached.

Cluster of 5 mirror lustrous Carrollite crystals, and one Chalcopyrite crystal, in a cluster on white Calcite. Largest crystal is 1.1 cm wide.
