Rare Cumengite specimen, the finest one I obtained years ago from a Mexican miner. Cumengite is a rare halide that grows on the faces of Boleite cubes. There are pointed crystals of Cumengite on all 6 of the Boleite cube faces, and all are perfect. Rare to find complete 'stars' or 'jumping jacks' of Cumengite. Amazing geometric form and deep blue color.

White crystals of Hemimorphite on a thin Limonite matrix. While Hemimorphite specimens have come out of this mine by the hundreds, special pieces as this that aren't just matrix covered by uniformly sized crystals are uncommon. This specimen features a thick fan-shaped group of crystals, 3cm wide, on the right side accented by typical upright crystals on the left side.

A 2cm purple Apatite crystal grown atop a Muscovite crystal, with a cluster of smaller Apatite attached to the right side of the front face. The Apatite has excellent, vivid purple coloration and areas of transparency. Well crystallized all around with good faces on the backside too, along with a tiny Tourmaline crystal.

Bi-color single Tanzanite crystal with an attached cluster of yellow Prehnite. Such combos are uncommon, but when you do find one, they make for highly beautiful specimens due to the contrast of color and form. The Tanzanite is purple with a transparent yellow zone at the termination. Highly glassy and undamaged, though the lower half of the back face is contacted. One the most visually stunning Tanzanites I've ever owned.

Single blue Tourmaline crystal (Indicolite) from a find about 25 years ago. Complete all around with fantastic blue coloration, as close to Paraiba color I've ever seen without copper. This was one of the top 2 crystals from a lot I bought decades ago that I considered to be the best Indicolites I've ever obtained in terms of vivid blue coloration.

Two bright green, submetallic rosette formations of Malachite crystals from a historic European locality. The largest cluster is 4cm wide. These are 'primary' Malachite crystals (not pseudomorphs after Azurite) and occur on matrix with Calcite crystals. An exceptional piece for the locality (or any locality).

Seldom seen specimen of Chalcophyllite from an old Copper mine in Chile. Bright teal-green platy crystals occur on both wide exposed areas and in vugs along with Azurite, Malachite, and drusy Quartz crystals. The quality of the Chalcophyllite crystals is excellent, comparable to top worldwide specimens from other localities, and the color contrast with the blue Azurite makes it highly aesthetic. This mine started operation in the early 1800s and this specimen is likely over 100 years old. Comes with 3 old labels including Shortmann's Minerals and a Marion Godshaw collection label.
