P323 - Orpiment $ 1800 (=~ £ 1439) SOLD Twin Creeks Mine, Humboldt Co., Nevada, USA small cabinet - 7.2 x 5 x 4 cm
Colorful cluster of Orpiment crystals from the Twin Creeks Mine. This is an outstanding undamaged cluster with the best color, a bright yellow orange that is less dark than most.
P324 - Cuprian Smithsonite $ 3500 (=~ £ 2798) SOLD Tsumeb, Namibia small cabinet - 5.5 x 3.5 x 3 cm
Transparent lime green Smithsonite crystals on white Dolomite. The main crystal, 8mm tall, is both perfectly centered and stands upright off the matrix.

Transparent single Aqua with both both good size and the great color Viatnamese Aquamarine are known for. Undamaged with uniform shape and glassy luster.

Willemite crystals on matrix from Tsumeb. The Willemite form glassy, transparent yellow crystals with blue coloration on the ends. Undamaged floater specimen with crystals on both sides.
P327 - Rutile on Tantalite $ 3500 (=~ £ 2798) SOLD Serra das Eguas, Brumado, Bahia, Brazil small cabinet - 5.6 x 3.4 x 2.5 cm
Well formed, complete Tantalite crystal from old finds in Bahia. Well crystallized all around with red Rutile crystals in the surface. Slight chipping on one side as shown, otherwise all sides are smooth and flat. I acquired this out of a collection about 20 years ago, and prior to that it was in the Smithsonian Institute collection.

Transparent purple Fluorite cubes on white Quartz crystals. The Fluorite crystals are glassy and phantomed and reach 1.3cm in size.

P331 - Libethenite $ 2500 (=~ £ 1999) Mindola Open Pit, Rokana Mine, Kitwe, Zambia miniature - 4.5 x 2 x 2 cm
Thick dark green Libethenite crystal in vug on matrix. This is an outstanding and robust crystal for the species measuring 1.5cm tall. Crystals from this mine are considered best of species and the locality is now closed. This was collected by Stan Korowski in 1974 and formerly in the Marvin Pearce collection. I acquired it in the 1990s and the label it came with indicates it was valued at $550 back in 1994.

Exceptionally fine cluster of pagoda-shaped crystals of Hausmannite. Excellent undamaged example I've owned since the 1990s.

Glassy, semi-transparent single crystal with attached Muscovite and Albite. Complete all around and presents well. Excellent undamaged example I've owned since the 1990s, acquired from Frank Melanson.

A 6mm crystal of Microlite in smokey Quartz. Rare and hard to find old USA classic. Ex. Philadelphia Academy of Sciences specimen #4998.
P335 - Smithsonite $ 1800 (=~ £ 1439) Berg Aukas Mine, Grootfontein, Namibia miniature - 4.3 x 2.5 x 2 cm
Two large translucent yellow Smithsonite crystals with a small amount of attached matrix. The largest crystal measures 3.4cm tip to tip. Undamaged, high quality crystals acquired 20+ years ago from the Marshall collection. Comes mounted on their old Lucite stand with a label that incorrectly attributes it to Tsumeb.

Fine quality, glassy single crystal of the barium-rich Orthoclase known as Hyalophane. Complete all around crystal with a striated termination, high glassy luster, and areas of transparency.
