Sharp, stout prismatic Brochantite crystals from Tsumeb. Brochantite was rare from Tsumeb and rarer still in stout, well terminated crystals (most formed acicular crystals). The crystals reach 4mm in size, some doubly-terminated, and have grown on a silicous matrix coated by drusy Quartz. There are also spherical massess of an unidentified light green mineral present. Vivid pink Cobaltian Dolomite crystals from Tsumeb. One end shows an open hollow cast after a now gone crystal. Comes mounted in a Perky box. Ex. Carl Acosta, Gene Reynolds collections.

Fine and lustrous crystals of pink Smithsonite. Some of the crystals have a grey/black coloration along the very edges that looks as if a blow torch quickly passed over them. Rich colored undamaged crystals. Ex.  Carl Acosta collection.

Large, sharp pink Smithsonite on matrix. Main crystals is 2.2cm across and pristine. Besides the large size, what stands out abouth these crystals is the transparency, much more so than normal, so clear you can see through to the matrix in areas. Good silky luster. Ex.  Carl Acosta collection.
