LL605 - Barite (R) Frizington, Cumbria, England cabinet - 13 x 9 x 8 cm Superb glassy partly transparent and gemmy blue barite crystal, 9.5cm tall and 1.6cm thick, attached to a second large Barite crystals on Hematite matrix. The Barite crystals have some red colouration due to hematite staining. This is an old English classic likely mined in the 1800s. There are a couple very minimal edge chips, otherwise undamaged and complete. The large crystal appears to have been reattached. Ex. Bob Reynolds collection #0293.
LL606 - Barite $ 900 (=~ AUS$ 1372) SOLD Stoneham, Weld Co., Colorado, USA cabinet - 10 x 7 x 4.5 cm Blue Barite crystals on yellow Calcite (the Barite are a little more sky blue than the photos indicate). The Barite occur in a mixture os sizes from long 6cm crystals to small transparent tabular crystals. Aesthetic and undamaged. Ex. Bob Reynolds collection.
LL607 - Barite $ 400 (=~ AUS$ 610) SOLD Herja Mine, Chiuzbaia, Baia Mare, MaramureÈ™ Co., Romania cabinet - 10.5 x 8 x 8 cm Highly glassy, lustrous blue Barite crystals on matrix. The Barite crystals reach 3cm in size and are in great condition with a few missing crystals. The crystals wrap around to the backside too. Ex. Bob Reynolds collection #0314.
LL548 - Acanthite $ 400 (=~ AUS$ 610) Rayas Mine, Guanajuato, Mexico thumbnail - 3 x 2.5 x 2 cm Sculptural cluster of Acanthite crystals rising up off matrix. Undamaged and displays well from any angle. Ex. Bob Reynolds collection.
LL609 - Calcite on Wulfenite SOLD Defiance Mine, Gleeson, Cochise County, Arizona, USA cabinet - 13.5 x 6 x 4.5 cm A paper-thin, flat sliver of matrix upon which grew hundreds of Wulfenite crsytals sticking out on all sides. Small Calcite crystals later grew upon the Wulfenite. The overall effect is a somewhat curved cylindrical shaped specimen. There are some broken crystals but the vast majority are perfect with good crystals all over. Ex. Bob Reynolds collection.

LL584 - Cassiterite on Quartz $ 850 (=~ AUS$ 1296) Viloco Mine, Loayza Province, La Paz, Bolivia small cabinet - 8.5 x 7 x 3.5 cm Lustrous black Cassiterite crystals to 2.3cm associated with Quartz crystals. Ex. Bob Reynolds collection.
LL588 - Hureaulite on Barbosalite $ 950 (=~ AUS$ 1449) SOLD Cigana mine (Jocao mine), Galileia, Doce valley, Minas Gerais, Brazil cabinet - 13.5 x 8 x 3 cm Exceptionally tall (to 1cm!) crystals of pink Hureaulite on a matrix covered by equally exception black Barbosalite crystals. Uncommonly large display specimen of the rare phosphate minerals. This specimen was Carlos Barbosa's personal collection piece. Ex. Bob Reynolds collection.
LL610 - Dolomite, Duftite on Wulfenite $ 1500 (=~ AUS$ 2287) SOLD Tsumeb, Namibia small cabinet - 7 x 6.5 x 4.3 cm Cluster of thin, tabular Wulfenite crystals with attached green Duftite and white Dolomite crystals. The Wulfenite are a pale whitish yellow color and reach 2.8cm on edge. Ex. Bob Reynolds collection #0959.
LL586 - Cerussite coated by Anglesite with Pyromorphite $ 1500 (=~ AUS$ 2287) SOLD Blackwoods Open Cut, Broken Hill, NSW, Australia cabinet - 15 x 6.5 x 3.5 cm V-twin crystals of Cerussite in a row along the top of a narrow piece of matrix colored yellow by Pyromorphite. The Cerussite crystals reach 3.5cm in size and are coated by Anglesite. Ex. Bob Reynolds collection.
LL591 - Liroconite $ 4500 (=~ AUS$ 6862) SOLD Wheal Gorland, St. Day, Cornwall, England miniature - 4.2 x 3 x 2 cm A relatively large 1cm Liroconite crystal in a Liroconite lined vug. The color is outstanding with an intense teal blue and good luster. There is a little contact on the large crystal from opposing wall rock. There are lots more Liroconite crystals too in various areas of the specimen. Liroconite is a rare copper species with the best specimens found at this mine, which is also the type locality for the species. Wheal Gorland began operation in 1792 and the best Liroconite specimens were found in the mid 1800s. The combination of rarity and beauty keep these in high demand and they are only rarely available for sale. Ex. Bob Reynolds collection.
LL593 - Kyanite $ 280 (=~ AUS$ 427) SOLD Minas Gerais, Brazil large cabinet - 17 x 8 x 5.5 cm Long blue crystals of Kyanite intergrown with Quartz. The largest crystal is 7.5cm long.
