Two spherical clusters of Variscite crystals in a vug in Quartz. I obtained this specimen from dealer Steve Perry about 20 years ago during a visit to his home following one of his many trips to Brazil. This was the best of his specimens, with better color and sparkle than the rest. Variscite is usually found in massive form, rarely as crystals.

Oval shaped group of Prehnite crystals that radiate out from the center. A translucent mass of solid crystals, this is one of the finest specimens from a large lot of recently mined and purchased Prehnite specimens from the Merelani Tanzanite mines. The base is naturally smooth and flat where it grew against a Calcite crystal. The larger crystals appear to have grown from a central sphere of Prehnite. Like nearly all of these, there are a couple nicked crystals, but regardless, it's a really good one.

The main rosette is 4cm tall and sits nearly vertically for display. The larger crystals appear to have grown from a central sphere of Prehnite. The bottom is somewhat flat where it grew against Graphite. It's pristine except for light chipping on some crystals and a contacted backside.

Thick, heavy vein section of Silver in Calcite, a 2.3cm thick slab sawcut on both sides. There is a layer of solid Silver along the more straight edge, with the rest of the specimen filled with more dendritic Silver. Visually, it appears to be 40-50% Silver, and by weight, a much larger percentage. The specimen is quite hefty and was the best slab (richest, largest, thickest) out a large lot of Cobalt Silver I purchased from a Canadian miner over 20 years ago.

Large, striated single cube with smaller crystals attached to the surface. This is a beautiful example and comes with an old Roberts Minerals label. Ken and Rosemary Roberts had great taste in minerals, and whenever I find of their old specimens, they usually stand out.
