Water-clear, transparent Quartz crystals on Calcite. The transparency is spectacular! The Calcite occur as both larger crystals and small drusy crystals attached to the sides of the Quartz. The Quartz are complete all around and undamaged except for very minor edge chatter. These are most commonly found as single crystals and the Calcite crystal matrix makes this one special. Ex. FM427 - Veszelyite on Hemimorphite Palabanda quarries, Mfouati, Bouenza Department, Republic of the Congo miniature - 5 x 3 x 1.5 cm
Deep blue crystals of Veszelyite on sky blue Hemimorphite. The Veszelyite occurs as both larger crystal groups and isolated crystals to 6mm. Micro greenish/blue crystals of Kipushite, a rare copper and zinc phosphate species, are present on the Hemimorphite. The locality is a former Limestone quarry with Lead, Zinc, and Copper mineralization that closed in 2018.

Glassy crystals of Cerussite grown atop a thin layer of Mimetite. Transparent with slight smokey color with no damage except for one small chip along the lower right edge. Beautiful specimen.
