Beautiful large specimen of Dioptase on drusy Quartz over Chrysocolla and Malachite. This looks like something out of Africa rather than the USA, but it's old Arizona material with large isolated Dioptase crystals to 7mm in size. A big and colorful Arizona classic that will add pop to a mineral case.

Large rhombic Calcite crystals completely coated by thick, large crystals of dark green Mottramite intergrown with a second generation of lenitcular Calcite crystals. Clean and undamaged, an excellent Mottramite specimen.

Large, dark green single Tourmaline crystal from recent production at this famous mine in Zimbabwe. Tourmaline has been very rare from this mine historically, which has primarily targeted blue Topaz. Most Tourmaline found here occur as small pencil-like crystals and this fat, somewhat tabular crystal in an anomaly. Though dark, it is transparent facet grade throughout with a more greenish brown at the upper third and a bright pure green in the lower two thirds. There is a bit of edge chipping along the sides, it's complete all around, and has a perfect termination. Weighs a hefty 153 grams.

Cluster of clear Quartz crystals with Dioptase. The main Dioptase is 1.3cm long, double-terminated, with both ends extending out opposite sides of the Quartz cluster. Old, rare specimen. Dioptase, when included in Quartz crystals, make rare and valuable specimens.

Quartz crystals (smokey and Amethyst) replacing a long Anhydrite crystal from Brazil. This rare pseudomorph has alot of character. The shape of the former Anhydrite with Quartz crystals along the edges reminds me of a chain saw blade. Translucent to transparent, pristine with an abundance of life, a truely unique specimen. Comes with an old Ken Roberts label.  Ken is a mineral dealer noted for his high level of taste and aesthetics.

Botryoidal Mottramite from the big find in 2011 at the Ojuela Mine that produced some of the world's best Mottramite. The Mottramite has a green/yellow color and a somewhat organic-looking appearance. Good Mottramite showing all around,  both sides pictured. At 9.5cm this is a good sized example that was listed at $250 in my regular website galleries.

Specimen of large Calcite crystals on a Quartz crystal covered matrix from the Tim Sherburn collection of Irish minerals. This is a from a well known, limited find in 1997. Specimens from this find are highly coveted in Ireland and this was the only one Tim ever saw for sale in his 25+ years of collecting Irish minerals. Large sized crystals in excellent condition. Ex. Pair of large pink Sapphire crystals from Tanzania. Two hexagonal prisms that have grown side by side, the largest 6cm and doubly-terminated. Displays well from the front but backside is more rough (as shown). Glows bright red under UV light. Impressive large Sapphires!

Transparent botryoidal Hyalite and white Staffelite (carbonate rich fluorapatite) on matrix. These are old classics from themost famous locality in the world for Hyalite. This specimen has thick layers of bubbly transparent Hyalite with areas of white Staffelite.

Aesthetic group of upright purple Axinite crystals from the Bor Mine. The clusteris complete all around and have the slightly elongated, slightly curved form typical of Dal'Negorsk Axinite. This is a particularly nice example with sharp lustrous crystals.  Ex. Angela Cannon collection with label.

Inky, translucent blue Fluorite crystals partially coating Quartz crystals. This is a superb example from this occurrence, one of the best I've seen. Pristine and undamaged all around. Ex. Len Pisciotta collection and comes with an old Andy Seibel label.
