AF412 - Olmiite $ 300 (=~ AUS$ 396) N'Chwanning Mine, Kuruman, South Africa small cabinet - 8 x 5 x 2.5 cm ![]() ![]() Aesthetic grouping of bowtie crystals on matrix. Opaque, tan colored crystals in attractive, balanced arrangement. Very good specimen, 8 x 5 x 2.5 cm.

A602 - Sphene $ 1500 (=~ AUS$ 1980) SOLD Mulla Ghori, Khyber Agency, Pakistan small cabinet - 6 x 5.5 x 3.5 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Stunning, transparent green Sphene (Titanite) crystal on matrix of Epidote crystals. Crystal is 2.7cm long and set upright on matrix to showcase its perfection and transparency. This is from an uncommon locality that my sources say is now virtually closed.
SA345 - Pyrargyrite $ 1600 (=~ AUS$ 2112) SOLD San Genaro, Peru thumbnail - 2.5 x 2.5 x 2 cm ex. Dr. Wolfgang Pohl ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Cluster of thick Pyrargyrite crystals, complete all around. Four main crystals rise up to form the cluster, with smaller crystals at the base. This is from the Wolfgang Pohl collection with a label that indicates it was acquired at the 1985 Munich show for $680. Translucent to transparent cherry red when backlit. I have backlit one photo to show the color, but when held in the hand and backlit, the whole piece lights up, much better than the photo.

The right Benitoite is very transparent. Undamaged. Very hard to find in this quality and aesthetic arrangement. .
A334 - Huelandite with Stilbite $ 800 (=~ AUS$ 1056) Maharashtra State, India small cabinet - 7.5 x 6 x 5 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() Fan-shaped cluster of purple Huelandite and bow-tie Silbite on a Quartz over Basalt matrix. The purple color is uncommon and the overall appearance is very good, and it's undamaged.
B611 - Uvite on Dolomite $ 240 (=~ AUS$ 317) SOLD Brumado Mine, Bahia, Brazil small cabinet - 6.5 x 5 x 5 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Red/brown Uvite crystals to 1.5 cm across nestled on ice-like transparent Dolomite crystals. There is one small nick on one Uvite crystal as seen in photos, otherwise undamaged. The Uvite crystals are beautifully translucent and richly colored.
B874 - Azurite on Malachite $ 300 (=~ AUS$ 396) SOLD Bisbee, Cochise Co., Arizona, USA small cabinet - 8.5 x 6 x 5 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Bright, glassy blue Azurite on Malachite. This came out of an old collection and there are some damaged crystals present, and it has been priced down accordingly. An american classic with lots of visual pop.
T255 - Rhodochrosite $ 300 (=~ AUS$ 396) Mont St. Hilaire, Quebec, Canada miniature - 4.5 x 3 x 2.5 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Cluster of thick rhombs of red Rhodochrosite. This is from a recent find and we are more accustomed to seeing small wafer-like, twin Rhodo crystals from here, rather than these large, thick crystals. Crystals reach 2.5cm wide. Undamaged with some etched areas, mostly on the backside.
T602 - Rhodochrosite with Fluorite $ 350 (=~ AUS$ 462) American Tunnel, Silverton, Colorado miniature - 4.2 x 3.5 x 2.5 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Rhodochrosite crystals on clear Fluorite.The Fluorite has great luster and has small step faces modifying the main octahedral form. This is a floater specimen crystallized all around. Super pretty and undamaged.
T635 - Orpiment $ 400 (=~ AUS$ 528) Twin Creeks Mine, Humboldt Co., Nevada small cabinet - 6 x 5.5 x 5 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Golden Orpiment crystals on matrix from the best ever find of Orpiment in the USA. The crystals are translucent and reach 1.5cm in size. There is alot of '3-dimensionality' to the overall form of the piece, giving it more character as compared to the more common flat druses of crystals.
T752 - Cuprite on Malachite $ 450 (=~ AUS$ 594) Ongonja Mine, Seeis, Namibia miniature - 3.9 x 3 x 2.7 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Highly aesthetic specimen of a large single crystal of Malachite with attached octahedra of Cuprite. The Malachite has spherical indentations on the front and backside with a broad, flat termination. The locality is believed to be Ongonja, but it is possible it could be Katanga. Undamaged.
T763 - Aquamarine $ 900 (=~ AUS$ 1188) Skardu District, Pakistan miniature - 4.3 x 2.5 x 2 cm ex. Irv Brown ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Glassy and gemmy etched Aquamarine crystal. Natural processes in the pegmatite have partially dissolved the crystal leaving this fully crystallized, undamaged gem with oustanding form.
