I bought this as part of an old collection and it unfortunately came without a label or locality information. I can only guess it is German. Chunky crystals with good red color. Undamaged and valued at $500.

D598 - Willemite $ 1200 (=~ ¥ 124224) Tsumeb, Namibia miniature - 4.5 x 3.5 x 3 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Highly translucent and lustrous Willemite crystals on Calcite from Tsumeb. Individual crystals are about 5mm in size and have an intereting coloration of blue/green on the ends with a yellow zone in the center.

D574 - Tsavorite, Diopside on Graphite $ 475 (=~ ¥ 49172) Merelani Hills, Arusha, Tanzania miniature - 5 x 4 x 3 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Crystals of Tsavorite and Diopside on Graphite. The crystals formed in a vug on massive Graphite with crystals of Graphite present lining the vug. The main Tsavorite is about 7mm and highly gemmy. Tsavorite is a chrome and vanadium rich variety of Grossular from East Africa and is one of the most valuable types of garnet found anywhere. This specimen was found at the Merelani Tanzanite mines and a fine example of some of minerals found at this locality.
