Crystals reach 6mm in size. A somewhat hard to find rarity from this locality better known for it's Lazulite.

AU793 - Sperrylite $ 900 Talnakh Cu-Ni Deposit, Krasnoyarsk Krai, Russia thumbnail - 0.8 x 0.7 x 0.7 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Highly lustrous metallic crystal of Sperrylite from the well known Talnakh deposit. A robust single crystal of this platinum species with bright luster and modified cubic form. Weighs 2.52 grams. Front, back, and both sides shown. Note that it appears dark in the photos due to it's bright, high metallic luster and is much more silvery in color in person.
AU794 - Chrysocolla after Hemimorphite $ 300 79 Mine, Hayden, Arizona, USA thumbnail - 2.5 x 1.5 x 1 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() A 1.3cm crystal of Hemimorphite that has pseudomorphed to Chrysocolla and is flat lying on matrix. This is a common pseudomorph from the mine but all I've seen before are dense, drusy coverings of small crystals. This fully exposed, fan-shaped cluster well displayed on matrix is fabulous.

AU796 - Cerussite $ 150 Grand Reef Mine (?), Graham Co., Arizona, USA thumbnail - 1.8 x 1.3 x 1.2 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Cluster of elongated, gemmy untwinned Cerussite crystals on matrix. Ewell's label indicates the Grand Reef Mine, however these crystals have a different habit than I'm used to seeing from this locality (which are usually thick, stocky cyclic twins). Regardless, they are beautiful undamaged Cerussite crystals.
AU797 - Veszelyite on Zincolibethenite $ 1500 Palabanda quarries, Mfouati, Bouenza Department, Republic of the Congo miniature - 5 x 4.5 x 2.5 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Sparkling deep blue crystal groups of Veszelyite to 1cm on a matrix covered by Zincolibethenite. The larger crystals are located near the top of the specimen, with smaller individual crystals with slightly lighter blue color to the lower left of the larger crystals. The Zincolibethenite ranges in color from dark green to blue/green. Mined in 2022. The locality is a former Limestone quarry with Lead, Zinc, and Copper mineralization that closed in 2018.

The Veszelyite crystals reach 5mm in size and are well separated. The Hemimorphite forms a botryoidal surface with a beautiful color contrast to the Veszelyite. Micro greenish/blue crystals of Kipushite, a rare copper and zinc phosphate species, are present on the Hemimorphite. Mined in 2022. The locality is a former Limestone quarry with Lead, Zinc, and Copper mineralization that closed in 2018.
