The crystal is mostly velvety Malachite with a thin veneer of blue Azurite remaining in areas. Some of the Azurite is so thin it appears colorless, like a thin layer of glass, giving the Malachite a glassy luster in areas right next to areas of velvety luster. Complete all around.
