B296 - Azurite, Malachite on Dickite $ 350 (=~ € 320) Volborthite Pocket, Milpillas Mine, Cuitaca, Sonora, Mexico thumbnail - 3 x 2.0 x 1.5 cm Azurite crystals too 1.7cm with green Malachite on a Dickite coated matrix. The Azurite has a waxy to satiny luster and is brilliantly translucent when backlit. From a single pocket opened in April 2015 that produced a limited number of specimens. Undamaged.
B298 - Volborthite $ 400 (=~ € 365) Volborthite Pocket, Milpillas Mine, Cuitaca, Sonora, Mexico thumbnail - 1.8 x 1.2 x 0.3 cm Volborthite crystals in a 0.7cm group displayed perfectly on white Quartz. This specimen is unusual for the pocket (only one of a few I saw) in that it has glassy, lustrous crystals with transparency. This pocket has produced the world's finest Volborthite by a huge margin and while this one is not the largest, it is of excellent quality. From a single pocket opened in April 2015 that produced a limited number of specimens.
B303 - Azurite, Malachite $ 250 (=~ € 228) Volborthite Pocket, Milpillas Mine, Cuitaca, Sonora, Mexico thumbnail - 2.3 x 1.8 x 0.8 cm Azurite crystal group with attached Malachite. One photo backlit to show color. The Azurite has a waxy to satiny luster and is brilliantly translucent when backlit. From a single pocket opened in April 2015 that produced a limited number of specimens. One very small chip found using a loupe, otherwise undamaged.

B305 - Azurite, Malachite $ 300 (=~ € 274) Volborthite Pocket, Milpillas Mine, Cuitaca, Sonora, Mexico thumbnail - 2.1 x 1.6 x 1 cm Azurite crystal grouping with attached Malachite. Beautiful front and back with just a tiny area of contact on bottom where it attached to the matrix. The Azurite has a waxy to satiny luster and is brilliantly translucent when backlit. From a single pocket opened in April 2015 that produced a limited number of specimens. One very small chip found using a loupe, otherwise undamaged.
B308 - Azurite $ 120 (=~ € 110) Volborthite Pocket, Milpillas Mine, Cuitaca, Sonora, Mexico thumbnail - 2.3 x 1.8 x 1.5 cm Azurite crystal grouping with crystals to 1.6cm. The Azurite has a waxy to satiny luster and is brilliantly translucent when backlit. From a single pocket opened in April 2015 that produced a limited number of specimens. Undamaged.
B321 - Dioptase $ 500 (=~ € 457) Katanga Prov., Congo miniature - 4.5 x 4 x 3.5 cm Solid cluster of nothing but Dioptase crystals, with the focus on a central, large upright crystal. Main crystal is 1.5cm in diameter, rises up 1.5cm higher than the others, and is undamaged.
B342 - Moonstone with ? $ 800 (=~ € 731) Pili Mine, near Naica, Chihuahua, Mexico cabinet - 11 x 5.5 x 5.5 cm An old specimen from the Bill Hiss collection featuring wonderful, transparent Orthoclase var. Moonstone crystals with black Augite crystals. There is also an unknown hoppered octahedral crystal present, about 7mm wide.
B396 - Azurite $ 350 (=~ € 320) Milpillas Mine, Cuitaca, Sonora, Mexico miniature - 4 x 3.5 x 2 cm Flattened, lustrous Azurite crystals on matrix. One edge of the small, uppermost crystal is contacted on edge where it grew against matrix and another small crystal has damage and irregular growth. Nevertheless, the damage does not distract much and it's a very showy piece, and price reflects the damage.
B399 - Azurite $ 800 (=~ € 731) Milpillas Mine, Cuitaca, Sonora, Mexico miniature - 4.2 x 4 x 2.6 cm Highly lustrous, elongated Azurite crystals that contrast well against the white Dickite coated matrix. Main crystal is 3.3 cm wide and contacted at the far right side where it grew against matrix, otherwise specimen is undamaged with crystals in an aesthetic arrangement. Azurite is also translucent under strong lighting.
B406 - Azurite Milpillas Mine, Cuitaca, Sonora, Mexico miniature - 4 x 2.2 x 1.3 cm Single large, thick Azurite crystal with a tiny amount of matrix attached to one side. Slight chipping present but overall very clean and complete all around.
B411 - Huebnerite with Quartz $ 750 (=~ € 685) Huayllapon Mine, Pasto Bueno, Ancash Dept., Peru cabinet - 9.5 x 6 x 6 cm Fine example of Huebnerite crystals in clear Quartz. These are not the typical parallel growth clusters of Huebnerite, rather they are stout individual crystals with wide, flat termination faces. Amazingly, not only are the Huebnerites in perfect condition, the myriad of Quartz crystals are also undamaged. Quartz crystals reach 5cm in length.
B414 - Arsenopyrite $ 280 (=~ € 256) Panasquiera, Portugal small cabinet - 5.3 x 4 x 3 cm Bright, bright silvery Arsenopyrite cluster with aesthetic form. Lustrous and complete all around with some small Apaties on the backside.
B420 - Mimetite, Cerussite, Duftite $ 450 (=~ € 411) Tsumeb, Namibia small cabinet - 8 x 8 x 4.0 cm Yellow Mimetite crystals on a Duftite covered matrix with a single Cerussite. There are hundreds of Mimetite crystals present in a wide size range from barely visible to 1.5cm long.
B477 - Sphene $ 150 (=~ € 137) Tormiq, Skardu Dist., Pakistan thumbnail - 2.1 x 1.8 x 1.5 cm Cluster of thick, green Sphene crystals. The crystals orient in an upright position and are thick making for a nice display thumbnail. There are crystals on the bottom too, it's a floater or nearly one.
