MK281 - Norbergite in Calcite $ 550 Mogok, Mandalay Division, Myanmar miniature - 4 x 3 x 2.3 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() A gem quality 1cm Norbergite crystal partially exposed in white Calcite. A second Norbergite is present and fully enclosed in the Calcite just below and adjacent to the exposed crystal. Norbergite is a rare magnesium silicate mineral. This crystal is nice and gemmy and is said to be facetable. Ex. Jon Sigerman, Herb Obodda collections.
MK282 - Red Beryl with Bixbyite $ 750 Searle Canyon Mine, Thomas Range, Juab Co., Utah, USA small cabinet - 6 x 3.5 x 2.5 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() Richly colored red Beryl crystal,6mm, in Rhylolite matrix with a black cube of Bixbyite. Though not as large as the Red Beryl crystals from the Violet Claims, the crystals from this locality are noted for there deep red color and associated minerals including Bixbyite and Topaz. Ex. MK284 - Amblygonite $ 400 Linopolis, Divino das Laranjeiras, Minas Gerais, Brazil thumbnail - 2.1 x 1.5 x 1 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Gem-like single Ablygonite crystal recently found in Brazil. Well crystallized all around with a twinning groove along one edge. High luster like polished glass and areas of gem transparency (much better than photos!). A superb and rare thumbnail-sized crystal.

The Senegalite form over layers of vivid blue Turquoise. Senegalite is a rare phosphate mineral and this is the Type locality for the species. This piece offers a huge area of open crystals as comapred to must with smaller, tighter vugs. Sawcut on back.

LV129 - Fluellite $ 225 Willard Mine, Lovelock, Pershing Co., Nevada, USA miniature - 5 x 3.5 x 2.5 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() Shallow vug loaded with large crystals of Fluellite. The crystals reach 3mm in size and are in excellent condition. Fluellite is a rare phosphate mineral and the world's best were found at this old Gold mine in Nevada.
SV263 - Hureaulite $ 120 Jocao Mine, Galileia, Minas Gerais, Brazil miniature - 4 x 2.7 x 2 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Bright pink crystals of Hureaulite on both sides of specimen. This mine is well known for it's great phosphate minerals, and the Hurealite from this locality is superb.
LV288 - Sillimanite $ 60 Nibbio-Val Faera pegmatites, Nibbio, Mergozzo, Piedmont, Italy miniature - 4.5 x 4 x 3 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Translucent greyish crystals of Sillimanite in matrix. These are found in pegmatites in cliffs near the village of Nibbio. The main crystal is 4cm long.
