LP233 - Thaumasite $ 300 (=~ £ 240) N'Chwanning Mine, Kuruman, South Africa thumbnail - 1.1 x 0.6 x 0.5 cm Transparent single yellow crystal of Thaumasite, a rare mineral species related to Ettringite and Sturmanite found in the Kalahari Manganese fields of South Africa. These were found in the 1990s and I used to be able to buy them many years ago from South African dealer Clive Quiet until supplies dried up. I was fortunate to find this crystal recently from someone who had also bought this from Clive Quiet and stockpiled it until now. It's a complete, undamaged single crystal with great luster and total transparency. A rare, now hard to find gem quality crystal.
LP234 - Thaumasite $ 120 (=~ £ 96) N'Chwanning Mine, Kuruman, South Africa thumbnail - 0.9 x 0.4 x 0.3 cm Transparent single yellow crystal of Thaumasite, a rare mineral species related to Ettringite and Sturmanite found in the Kalahari Manganese fields of South Africa. These were found in the 1990s and I used to be able to buy them many years ago from South African dealer Clive Quiet until supplies dried up. I was fortunate to find this crystal recently from someone who had also bought this from Clive Quiet and stockpiled it until now. It's a complete, undamaged single crystal with great luster and total transparency and partially double terminated. A rare, now hard to find gem quality crystal.

MK985 - Cavansite $ 400 (=~ £ 320) Wagholi Quarry, Poona, India miniature - 3.8 x 2.3 x 1.5 cm Exquisite specimen of intergrown spherical aggregates of vivid blue Cavansite with attached Stilbite. Well crytallized all around and undamaged, a floater with no points of contact. Ex. Len Pisciotta collection (his old label shows a price of $800).
MK996 - Fluorite $ 350 (=~ £ 280) Yaogangxian Mine, Hunan, China large cabinet - 16 x 10 x 3 cm Large, flat matrix covered by gemmy blue/purple Fluorite crystals. The Fluorite cubes reach 1.8cm in size and are highly glassy, transparent, with a light blue color over purple cores. There are a couple contact spots where the crystals grew against the opposing pocket wall. Needle-like, Chlorite included Quartz crystals are present and mixed among the Fluorite.
LP119 - Amblygonite $ 390 (=~ £ 312) Linopolis, Divino das Laranjeiras, Minas Gerais, Brazil thumbnail - 2 x 1.5 x 1 cm Glassy single crystal of translucent to transparent yellow Amblygonite. Amblygonite is a rare lithium-aluminum phosphate species that is not commonly seen in fine display quality crystals. This crystal is complete all around, shows twinning, and has metallic inclusions of both platy and hair-like crystals. Translucent with transparent gem areas and with high glassy luster. A superb, undamaged thumbnail Amblygonite!

I love cubic Copper crystals and this is nothing but crystals with individuals to 1cm in size. Ex. Mike Martin, Ben Vone collections.
MK948 - Azurite with Malachite $ 240 (=~ £ 192) Milpillas Mine, Cuitaca, Sonora, Mexico thumbnail - 2.6 x 2.5 x 2 cm Fantastic Azurite cluster from the watercourse pocket of the Milpillas Mine. Undamaged, highly lustrous crystals with attached Malachite on the back. The specimen features a large, somewhat tabular main crystal with smaller crystals at the base and a bit of matrix attached to the back.
LP243 - Aquamarine $ 2000 (=~ £ 1599) Thuong Xuan District, Thanh Hoa Prov., Vietnam cabinet - 9.7 x 2 x 1.8 cm Tall single, deep blue Aquamarine crystal from Vietnam. Terminated with a flat, glassy termination, it's a gemmy crystal with the deep blue color Vietnamese Aqua are known for. Undamaged crystal with a shallow groove running up the backside where another crystal grew against it, and small etched areas near each end. Weighs 67.1 grams.
LP245 - Silver on Quartz, Epidote $ 3800 (=~ £ 3038) Mass Mine, Mass City, Ontonagon Co., Michigan, USA thumbnail - 3 x 3 x 3 cm Silver crystals on Quartz from the Mass Mine in Michigan. Bright, well crystallized silver that contrasts well against the white Quartz and green Epidote. The Mass Mine is a historic Copper mine that operated from 1856 to 1888.
LP246 - Chalcocite $ 750 (=~ £ 600) Flambeau Mine, Rusk Co., Wisconsin, USA small cabinet - 6.5 x 5.5 x 4 cm Chunky specimen of solid Chalcocite crystals from the now closed Flambeau Mine. The surface is covered by dark metallic crystals with light blue and purple iridescence.
