Large and impressive orange Wurtzite with attached Alabandite, Graphite, and Diopside. This is a great piece not only for the large size of the Wurtzite, but the associated species including at least 4 Alabandite to 8mm, two gemmy green Diopside, and clusters of Graphite crystals. Found recently at the Merelani Tanzanite mines, Wurtzite from this locality are considered the world's best for species.

Glassy, doubly-terminated blue Sapphire from Sri Lanka. The luster, sharpness, and perfection of form is amazing!! Complete and undamaged with no edge wear, though there are a few small indentations from other crystals as seen in second photo. Much better in person where the superb form and luster can be appreciated. Non-tapering barrel-shaped Sapphires are uncommon, and this one has a bonus of being fine quality. Weighs 51.3 carats.

Gemmy single pink Tourmaline from Pala. Well terminated, somewhat tabular crystal with the classic Stewart Mine intense pink coloration. Has a scallop-like surface texture on the termination, a bit of etching, and areas of glass-like transparency. Front and back sides shown. Ex. Ed Swoboda.
