Red Spinel crystals in white marble. The color of these Spinel crystals is superb - a well saturated pure red color. The crystals are translucent, undamaged, and reach 1cm in size. There are also Graphite crystals in the matrix. From a small prospect mined in 1994 by Cal Graeber and John Saul from which about 30 specimens were recovered. Comes with two old labels. Ex. Pseudomorph of Acanthite after elongated Pyrargyrite crystals. The largest crystal is 1.7 cm and doubly-terminated with a hoppered termination at one end.  Micro orange Sphalerite crystals are present on the surface. Rare and old Guanajuato classic. Ex. Carl Acosta collection.

Blocky single crystal of Malachite pseudomorph after Azurite covered by sugary, sparkling Quartz crystals on a matrix of Quartz. Large, thick single orange Wulfenite crystal, 3.5cm wide on the diagonal. This is a partially etched, floater crystal well crystallized all around. One corner has some damage that appears to be at least partially rehealed, and another corner shows a bright orange color different than the rest of the crystal. Ex. Carl Acosta collection.

Rare pseudomorph specimen featuring a cluster of 3 crystals of Ilvaite that have been replaced by grey Calcite. These are seldom seen and even among those I've seen, this one displays with dramatic flare with all 3 crystals spraying outward. Small Pyrite crystals are present on the surface.
