MK806 - Grossular $ 1200 SOLD Jeffrey Mine, Asbestos, Quebec, Canada thumbnail - 1.7 x 1.7 x 1.5 cm
Gemmy, nearly complete single Grossular crystal from the Jeffrey Mine. Glassy and transparent, it's complete all around except a contact on the base where it formed atop another Grossular crystal, but even this surface looks crystallized. A few of the corners are slightly indented, with inward stepped crystal growth. Pristine and fine without any damage.

Smokey Quartz crystal with included stars or red Rutile growing out from plates of Hematite. There are 3 such 'stars' fully included within the Quartz and one that's partially included in one of the termination faces of the Quartz. The Quartz crystal itself is a floater fully crystallized all around and in perfect condition except for one chip on the termination.

Transparent red single Tourmaline crystal from recent finds in far eastern Congo. Nearly flawless, transparent top to bottom and undamaged. The lower half is a more burgundy color compared to a more raspberry red upper half. Weighs 8.29 grams.

Complete tetrahedron of Chambersite, a rare mineral found in salt formations in a small number of localities worldwide. Terminated all around with 3 tips coming to points while the fourth has slightly truncated, flat termination. Translucent 'Amethyst' purple in color and collected by Fred Pough in 1970. Transparent golden brown Topaz crystal from the Maynard Claim in Utah. The Topaz is pristine, transparent, and has incredibly high glassy luster. This is a thick crystal with a bit of attached Rhyolite matrix in the back. A water-clear crystal that looks included in the photos due to Rhyolite on the backbut is very glass-like and transparent in person. This specimen was mined in 2003.

Fence-like row of translucent Azurite crystals standing up on edge from the Volborthite pocket of the Milpillas Mine. The Azurite from this area of the mine are distinctive tabular crystals that occur on a white matrix with spheres of Malachite. The crystals on this specimen form an aesthetic arrangement and are in pristine condition. Highly translucent with backlighting.

The Azurite from this area of the mine are known for their distinctive tabular crystals that occur on a white matrix. The crystals on this specimen reach 3cm in size and are in pristine condition. Highly translucent with backlighting.
