Bright orange single Wurtzite crystal from the Merelani Tanzanite mines. The crystal has smooth faces along the edges and irregular stepped faces on the front. Glows translucent orange when backlit.

Single large crystal of translucent to transparent yellow Amblygonite intergrown with white Albite. Amblygonite is a rare lithium-aluminum phosphate species that is not commonly seen in fine display quality crystals. This crystal is well crystallized on the front and sides and contacted on the backside. Translucent with transparent gem areas. The front face shows light striations and the sides are smooth with high glassy luster. Good yellow color on this one.

A GEM yellow Calcite crystal dramtically perched atop a central mound of Apophyllite crystals. There are Apophyllite crystals on the Calcite too, along with a second smaller Calcite. Showy, undamaged specimen and much better than photos which don't capture the dazzling transparency and brightness. Ex. Bert Ottens, Terry Huizing collections with each of their collection labels.
