Glassy blue Aquamarine crystal with Muscovite from Chumar Bakhoor in Pakistan. The Aquamarine is 4.5cm wide and highly transparent and presents well for a wonderful display specimen. Pristine and undamaged.

Beautiful large cabinet sized specimen covered with light purple Amethyst crystals.  This is a wonderful high quality piece with a classic Mexcian Amethyst look to it.

Unusual Roselite specimen featuring mound-like, hemispherical clusters of magenta Roselite crystals over Calcite crystals. Large sized Roselite specimens with this amount of crystal coverage are uncommon and makes for a spectacular display piece, despite light damage to the crystals. Sawcut on one side.

Thick, blocky deep blue Azurite crystals from the Bou Bekker Mine.  A complete all around, undamaged floater cluster. This is one of the best I've seen from this find.

Outstanding cluster of blue Celestite from the Maybee Quarry in Michigan. The cluster is composed of doubly-terminated crystals and the main crystal a superb one measuring 6.2 x 3.8 cm in size. The crystals have transparency and are in excellent conditiion with only a couple very trival edge nicks to be found. A USA classic.

Single red crystal of 'Ruby Silver' from the most important mine for this species in the world. Bright and translucent red when backlit.  A complete,terminated single crystal of one of the 'Holy Grail' species for mineral collectors rarely seen for sale. 

Classic and now hard to find specimen of 'raspberry' Grossular garnets in matrix. The dodecahedral crystals measure up to 1.7cm across. There are also tan Vesuvianite present and partial Grossular crystals that display the color zoning inside. These were first found in 1974 and initially sold as coming from Lake Jaco, but the garnets are actually found in the Sierra de Cruces range located east of Lake Jaco in the State of Coahuila.

Doubly terminated Beryllonite with an attached doubly terminated Quartz crystal. A highly aesthetic 'toenail' sized specimen of this rare species witht he Quartz providing a nice accent.

Cluster of deep blue Cumengeite crystals and white Anglesite on a green Chrysocolla matrix. There are two clusters of larger crystals (1.2cm wide and 1 cm wide) plus hundreds of tiny Cumengeite crystals sprinkled on the white Anglesite. This is a rare old specimen and uncommon even for Cumengeite as it it on a Chrysocolla matrix (as opposed to the more common clay matrix). Slight damage to the crystals on the larger cluster does not take away from the overall rarity and beauty of this specimen.

Tabular hexagonal prisms of Mimetite on matrix from the Mount Bonnie Mine. These are beautiful crystals to 1.2cm wide. The crystals are a translucent yellow but are partially coated with green Duftite giving an overall yellow/green coloration. This locality is closed and these are hard to find now, especially the less common ones with so much Duftite.

Two green Grossular crystals in matrix from an obscure locality in Utah. The Grossular are sharp dodecahedral crystals to 1.5cm and are among the harder to find garnets from the United States. The locality is sometimes given as 'Wah Wah Mountains' however the precise locality is 2 miles west of Wah Wah pass.

A 4.5 cm white Scheelite crystal that is partially coated by Lollingite and also partially etched. A metallic silver-colored mineral (looks like Molybdenite) can be seen in the tip that formed as an epimorph of the Scheelite and was later covered by another layer of Scheelite. Unusual and interesting piece from recent finds in Inner Mongolia.

Translucent pink fluorite octahedrons from the famous mines in Tombstone, Arizona. The Fluorite are numerous and grow on a box-work of thin, angular Calcite casts. Uncommon specimen for a Fluorite collector.

Aesthetic combo specimen from the N'Chwanning Mine with Hausmanite, Ettringite, and Andradite. Fine quality Hausmanite (sharply formed with very bright, satiny luster) with an attached pale yellow Ettringite crystal all on red Andradite.  For what is sometimes called a 'black ugly' mineral, this one is quite colorful!

Translucent red/orange Wurtzite crystal from the Merelani Tanzanite Mines. These were found several years ago and were instantly recognized as the world's best for species.  These are no longer being found.
