Unusual and strangely attractive Calcite specimen out of an old collection. The old label was from Kristalle and only said 'Cave Calcite' with no further locality given other than Switzerland. Lustrous, botryoidal stalactitic formations with good luster and complete all around. Translucent with a burnt orange coloration. Has an old specimen number affixed to the bottom.

Blue/green radial starburst formations of Aurichalcite, silvery blue Hemimorphite, green Smithsonite and more combine in a great combination specimen from the famous 79 Mine. It's both an interesting study piece and a colorful large display specimen.

Double terminated Quartz scepter from a 2017 find. The scepter head has both smokey and amethyst coloration and the stalk is pink due to Hematite inclusions. Complete with and relatively undamaged with just a couple tiny nicks. The combination of the colors and form make for a great specimen. One of the top 3 picks from a large lot.

Large deep red Sphalerite crystals on a chert matrix. What makes the specimen are the isolated, oriented Chalcopyrite crystals, primarily on the largest Sphalerite, that all reflect the light in the same direction when turned in the hand.

Bright citrus orange Spessartine crystal, complete all around. Equant form with gem zones. It has one chip but is in overall very good condition, with minimal black inclusions that negatively affect most of these. The intensity of color and gem zones are even more apparent with backlighting. These are no longer being found. Weighs 20 grams.

Bright citrus orange Spessartine crystal, complete all around. Equant form with gem zones. There is some natural small surface pits, but no damage. This is a good one, with minimal black inclusions that negatively affect most of these. The intensity of color and gem zones are even more apparent with backlighting. These are no longer being found. Weighs 20.7 grams.

Mirro bright and lustrous Pyrite cubes on a matrix of solid crystalline Pyrite. Associated are green Quartz crystals and traces of purple Fluorite. The Shangbao Mine is well know for fabulous Pyrite specimens andthis one does not dissappoint, with cubes to 2cm on edge.

This is a very interesting Prehnite composed of an almost perfect sphere of solid Prehnite, like a translucent gumdrop, with larger crystals growing out of the sphere in various directions.

Solid, translucent yellow Prehnite with large, chunky crystals. This is a very good one with a little contacting on the left edge and a partial Tanzanite attached near the base, but the entire front display face is perfect undamaged large crystals. This grew against the flat surface of a large Calcite crystal and the backside is flat and smooth.

Translucent blue/green Prehnite crystals with both a color and form new with these late 2018 finds of Prehnite from Merelani. These recent Prehnite have rounded orb formations that morph out into flat bladed crystals. The color, a blue/green/yellow is also a little different than I've seen before in Merelani Prehnites. Undamaged.

Large, gemmy Tsavorite crystals on a matrix of solid Graphite. The Tsavorite have good color and transparency and reach 1cm in size. There is a bit of chipping which keeps the price much lower than it would otherwise be. Regardless, it displays well with good color and crystal size.

Gemmy Tsavorite crystals on a matrix of solid Graphite. The Tsavorite have good color and transparency and reach 5mm in size. I found 1 small nick on one crystal, otherwise it's undamaged.
