J680 - Calcite with Duftite $ 750 (=~ AUS$ 1144) Tsumeb, Namibia small cabinet - 9.0 x 6.5 x 6 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Mound-shaped matrix covered by green Duftite and small Calcite crystals with groupings and single larger Calcites to 3.5cm. Minor chipping to some edges but in overall great condition and very showy from all angles, good from all sides. A very sculptural and attractive Calcite.
J685 - Cerussite on Malachite $ 1250 (=~ AUS$ 1906) SOLD Tsumeb, Namibia miniature - 4.5 x 3.5 x 3 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() Trimmed, velvety Malachite serves as the matrix for a gemmy, undamaged reticulated Cerussite crystal 3.3cm tall. Highly attractive Tsumeb miniature. The green Malachite really sets off the beauty of the Cerussite.

J408 - Dioptase $ 180 (=~ AUS$ 274) SOLD Tsumeb, Namibia thumbnail - 2.4 x 2 x 1.2 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() Gemmy bright Dioptase crystals over a Duftite coated matrix. Nearly a floater, well crystallized all around with just a couple small areas of damage/contact on the backside. Very bright and colorful.

TS254 - Azurite $ 1650 (=~ AUS$ 2516) SOLD Tsumeb, Namibia miniature - 4.2 x 3.0 x 2.8 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Divergent sprays of Azurite crystals on a bit of white matrix. These are the uncommon GEM Azurites from Tsumeb that show great color and transparency when backlit. Good pointed termination on most crystals. A few crystals have ragged, unterminated ends but these are natural and not damaged. A rare old treasure.
J682 - Olivenite $ 1800 (=~ AUS$ 2745) SOLD Tsumeb, Namibia miniature - 4.8 x 3 x 2.4 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() Large, chunky Olivenite crystals in a dense cluster with small spherical groups of Malachite attached, likely from the first oxidation zone. There is also a partial psuedomorph of Malachite after Azurite and Azurite crystals in the center. Individual Olivenite crystals reach over 1cm long and 5mm wide across the chisel terminations. This specimen holds it own with any Tsumeb Olivenite pictured on Mindat or in the Tsumeb II book. One heck of an impressive Olivenite!!
J684 - Dioptase with Plancheite $ 2500 (=~ AUS$ 3812) SOLD Tsumeb, Namibia miniature - 4.5 x 3.5 x 3.5 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() Highly aesthetic Tsumeb Dioptase, decidedly more colorful than most due to the presence of the baby blue Plancheite spheres. The Dioptase occurs as both small drusy crystals coating Calcite rhombs and larger, highly lustrous crystals to 1.8cm.
J414 - Dioptase with Calcite $ 275 (=~ AUS$ 419) SOLD Tsumeb, Namibia small cabinet - 7.5 x 4.5 x 3.5 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() Dioptase crystals to 1cm with larger, translucent Calcite crytals to 1.5cm Some damage present but in overall good condition. Typical Tsumeb Dioptase/Calcite specimens have white, rhombic Calcite. This one is a little different with translucent to transparent scalenohedral Calcite crystals.
TS255 - Wulfenite with Mimetite $ 950 (=~ AUS$ 1449) SOLD Tsumeb, Namibia small cabinet - 7.0 x 5.0 x 3.5 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Translucent yellow Wulfenite crystals with yellow Mimetite crystals on a Dolomite matrix. The Wulfenites densly cover one side and are also present along the edges of the backside. They exhibit both lustrous surfaces and sugary frosted surfaces. Well crystallized all around, it's nearly a floater with just a few points of contact.
