C659 - Euclase $ 3000 (=~ CAN$ 4117) SOLD La Marina Mine, Boyaca Dept., Colombia miniature - 3.5 x 1.5 x 0.7 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Glassy and gemmy single blue Euclase crystal. Good sized with great luster and a perfect termination. Slight chipping on one edge, otherwise undamaged. Complete and good on both sides.
C660 - Shigaite with Rhodochrosite and Barite $ 900 (=~ CAN$ 1235) SOLD N'Chwanning Mine, Kuruman, South Africa small cabinet - 5.5 x 4 x 2.8 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Scalenohedral, drusy Rhodochrosite, pink with darker tips, on matrix. Barite crystals poke out from the back and emplaced on the Barite crystals are large rosettes of Shigaite. The largest Shigaite cluster is 1.4cm wide and is attached to one of the termination faces of the Barite. There are additional Shigaite on the Barite. Undamaged.
C661 - Tourmaline $ 3500 (=~ CAN$ 4803) SOLD Himalaya Mine, Mesa Grande, San Diego Co., California, USA small cabinet - 5.5 x 2.2 x 2.2 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() Large single Tourmaline crystal that grades from pink to green then back to pink at the termination. Strong color with a steep pyramidal termination. A little more pink than the photos, and the green zone is a better green, and though somewhat dark in the photos, is very gemmy. Undamaged. Weighs 67.2 grams.

Good pink color with a darker red at the termination. One tiny nick, otherwise undamaged. Weighs 9.4 grams.

Though crossite included, it is remarkably sharp in form and has good luster. Nearly perfect in form with just some small natural indentations on one side. Undamaged rarity.

These are no longer being found or at least very seldomly found anymore. A great example with good form and color. A large crystal of red mica is grown into part of the backside faces. Undamaged.

C672 - Polybasite $ 1200 (=~ CAN$ 1647) SOLD Husky Mine, Yukon, Canada thumbnail - 2.3 x 1.5 x 1 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Platy crystals of irridescent Polybasite. These are rare specimens collected in the 1970s and no more have been found since. Purples, greens, and yellows bounce off the surface as you turn it in hand. Main crystal is 2.3cm wide with smaller crystals attached to the backside.
C673 - Azurite $ 850 (=~ CAN$ 1166) SOLD Tsumeb, Namibia miniature - 4.5 x 2.5 x 1.3 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Cluster of stout, intergrown Azurite crystals. Complete all around and undamaged except for a couple of tiny, trivial nicks and a small partial crystal attached to one side. Good blue color overall with areas of bright 'electric' blue.
