Pink Tanzanite

An unusual pocket of pink Tanzanite (Zoisite) from a late 2017 find in Merelani. Pink crystals are one of the rarest colors found, and here are 15 crystals all with good pink color - you rarely see so many at one time. They have an unusual form and attached crystals of Calcite and/or Zeolites.

Single pink Tanzanite crystal with attached Calcite and/or Zeolites. Solid base that tapers out towards the top into multiple, feathery terminations. Pink is one the rarest colors for Tanzanite (or Zoisite if you prefer) and this one has well saturated color. Complete and undamaged. Unusual crystal from a late 2017 find.
