Tanzanite crystal and small Diopside partially enclosed by Calcite. Backside shows rolling masses of light pink Calcite. The front features a glassy Tanzanite crystal, 2cm of which is exposed, and small green Diopside crystals and black Graphite. A nice Merelani combo specimen and an uncommon matrix Tanzanite.

Parallel, intergrown Dravite crystals. The crystals are dark and grade up to a clear zone followed by bright blue caps. Unlike most, the dark zone on these crystals are mostly transparent (see backlit photos). Hand picked from hundreds for quality.
