One micro-nick on a termination edge, otherwise undamaged. Good transparency throughout the whole crystal. Weighs 14.4 grams.

T242 - Kunzite $ 500 SOLD Kunar Province, Afghanistan small cabinet - 8 x 2.2 x 2.1 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() Transparent purple/yellow Kunzite crystal with a sharpness of form not typical for the species. Uniform prism faces and nice flat termination faces. The bottom has rehealed, so technically double terminated though the bottom faces are not as complete and nice as the top termination. One shallow chip on one edge, otherwise completely undamaged and very clean looking.
T243 - Apatite, Spessartine, Quartz $ 800 SOLD Skardu District, Pakistan miniature - 4 x 3.2 x 2.2 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() An interesting specimen composed of a double-terminated Quartz crystal with an attached combination of pink Apatite and Spessartine. The Spessartine is elengated and appears to have grown around a long Apatite crystal as Apatite is present at each end - wow. Undamaged.
T244 - Topaz $ 950 SOLD Ouro Preto, Minas Gerais, Brazil small cabinet - 6.2 x 1.6 x 1.3 cm ![]() ![]() Good sized, complete 'Imperial" Topaz crystal. Some light edge chipping on the mid to lower edges, otherwise undamaged. Rich reddish golden color.
T245 - Aquamarine $ 950 SOLD Lamjung District, Gandeki, Nepal small cabinet - 6 x 3.2 x 1.5 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() Two Aquamarine crystals grown on either side of a thin matrix of mica and feldspar. The crystals are gemmy with a good medium blue color and each are terminated on one end. Uncommon locality, and Mindat only has one Aqua pictured from this locality.

T251 - Tourmaline, Apatite on Quartz $ 350 SOLD Kunar Prov., Afghanistan miniature - 4.5 x 2.5 x 2.2 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() Very unusual specimen that starts with a double-terminated Quartz crystal. The Quartz is a smokey color that has been overgrown with an opaque white Quartz - one end has the internal smokey Quartz sticking out, and the other termination is white but slightly cavernous. Sticking out one side of the Quartz is a terminated Tourmaline crystal. Attached are strange, double-terminated purple Apatite crystals reaching 1.6cm long, with a purple core and a lighter cat's-eye at each termination.
