Purple spheres of Strengite to 3mm with green spheres of Rockbridgite to 4mm. These specimens were collected in the 1980s from this now closed mine. Ex. George Elling Collection.

Stunning cluster of sharp Hematite crystals on matrix. Cavradi Hematite is classic and highly desired by collectors. The crystals are lustrous and sharp with the added bonus of epitaxial red Rutile crystals. Some areas of the crystals are also irridescent. The crystals reach 1.5cm and stand upright on the matrix making a stunning specimen from either the front or back side. Comes with old Bill Pinch label.

Bright hot pink Cobaltian Calcite crystals to 8mm in size. Although there are a couple bruised crystals, this is the highest quality Cobaltian Calcite with extra bright color and translucent to transparent crystals. The larger, scalenohedral crystals from tis mine get more fame, but these have the more intense color. Old stock.

Raspite, a rare lead tungstate, associated with blades of translucent Stolzite. Raspite was named after the discoverer of the orebody, Charles Rasp, who in 1885 founded the mine and the company that later became known as BHP Billington. Broken Hill is the type locality for Raspite.
