This specimen boasts transparent, slightly smokey larger Quartz crystals along the top ridge with pinker Rose Quartz crystals comprising the body of the specimen.

B607 - Azurite with Malachite $ 1500 Volborthite Pocket, Milpillas Mine, Cuitaca, Sonora, Mexico cabinet - 10.5 x 6 x 3 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Azurite crystals too 2.2cm and spherical masses of green Malachite on a white Dickite coated matrix. What a stunning piece! The Azurite has a waxy to satiny luster and is brilliantly translucent when backlit. From a single clay-filled pocket opened in April 2015 . There is a small nick on the upper right crystal, otherwise undamaged.

I don't often use the term water clear, but these are really remarkably transparent. Undamaged with great sparkle and visual appeal.

A magnificient 3-dimensional display specimen with crystals to 2cm. Beautiful from all angles.
B610 - Aquamarine on Schorl $ 450 SOLD Erongo Region, Namibia small cabinet - 8 x 8 x 3.5 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Bi-colored Beryl specimen from a unique pocket in Erongo. The crystals formed as Aquamarine over yellow Heliodor, and all site atop a bed of black schorl crystals that create a contrasting backdrop to the Beryl. In fantastic condition with all the large crystals undamaged and all the tiny ones appear to be undamaged as well. Crystals reach over 3cm tall.
B611 - Uvite on Dolomite $ 240 SOLD Brumado Mine, Bahia, Brazil small cabinet - 6.5 x 5 x 5 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Red/brown Uvite crystals to 1.5 cm across nestled on ice-like transparent Dolomite crystals. There is one small nick on one Uvite crystal as seen in photos, otherwise undamaged. The Uvite crystals are beautifully translucent and richly colored.
B612 - Rhodochrosite $ 480 SOLD N'chwanning Mine, Kuruman, South Africa miniature - 3.5 x 1.5 x 1.3 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Here's a real oddity for a Rhodo collector - a hollow, crystallized Rhodo open at both ends. The openning at the tip is not broken as it is fully crystallized around the edge. Both the inner and outer surfaces are also fully crystallized. Never seen one like this!
B613 - Spessartine on Quartz $ 400 SOLD Tongbei, Fujian Prov., China cabinet - 9.5 x 5 x 4 cm ![]() ![]() A single, complete though complexly terminated smokey Quartz crystal with a large, gem of a Spessartine. The Spessartine is 1.3cm wide which is unusually large for the locality. It is not only big, but of fine quality, undamaged, and translucent with rich red/orange color.
B614 - Spessartine $ 300 SOLD Lion Springs, Aquarious Mountains, Mohave Co., Arizona thumbnail - 2.9 x 2.9 x 2 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() Large single garnet crystal in Rhyolite matrix. At 1.9cm, this is considered large for the locality where most are less than 1cm. Undamaged though with a couple areas where the crystal contacted the Rhyolite on the opposite pocket wall.
B615 - Dioptase $ 220 SOLD Christoph Mine, Kaokaveld, Namibia thumbnail - 2.4 x 1 x 0.7 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() An exquisite, slightly translucent single Dioptase crystal. It amazingly formed straight up off the matrix as an elongated crystal and is perfect and undamaged all around. Rare to find a complete all around 2.4 cm Diop.
