Stepped terminations and clean all around with smooth crystal faces on 3 sides and natural etching on the backside.

B522 - Hutchinsonite with Pyrite $ 350 (=~ AUS$ 534) SOLD Quiruvilca, La Libertad Dept., Peru small cabinet - 5.2 x 4.5 x 2 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() A new find of red Hutchinsonite crystals on matrix. Hutchinsonite is typically metallic black in color and these red crystals are unusual. I understand there were only a handfull found and this is one of 3 pieces I saw.

B524 - Topaz on Elbaite $ 350 (=~ AUS$ 534) SOLD Stak Nala, Skardu Dist., Pakistan miniature - 3.5 x 2.5 x 2 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() A 1.6cm transparent Topaz crystal with translucent to transparent golden Lepidolite crystals attached to an Elbaite crystal. The Elbaite has a blue/green color with a transparent termination. Undamaged.
B526 - Fluorite on Quartz $ 700 (=~ AUS$ 1067) SOLD De'An Mine, Wushan, Jiangxi Prov., China cabinet - 12 x 7 x 5 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Large translucent purple Fluorite octahedra to 4.7cm on edge. I typically don't buy De'An Fluorite specimens as they are usually etched out of Quartz resulting in a chalky, splintery Quartz matrix that nearly always gives me a quartz splinter in a finger when I hold one. This specimen is natural and unetched as evidenced by the nice, sparkly drusy Quartz surface of the matrix. The Fluorite is composed of 5 intergrown crystals with interesting multi-faceted sufaces and slightly curving edges. Undamaged and showy.

Not your ordinary Orpiment. This was brought into the country by Dr. Jaroslav Hyrsl who said it was from a small pocket the size of a football that produced these very transparent crystals.
