The main crystal is 3.5cm long and well terminated. The bottom of the Quartz crystal is sawcut. Showy specimen.

The Elbaite is gemmy and well terminated. There are many other lesser Elbaites too and an abundance of bright purple Lepidolite. Very showing California Tourmaline specimen! Sawcut on backside.

One of the last crystals in my inventory I obtained directly from Vietnam. I see these offered at Tucson for about $250 each.
B148 - Calcite on Tanzanite $ 900 SOLD Merelani Hills, Arusha, Tanzania miniature - 4.0 x 1.3 x 0.6 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() Gemmy, complete Tanzanite crystal. Top luster and undamaged. When you see a loose single Tanzanite crystal it's easy to assume it was broken off matrix during mining, however the calcite on the bottom and backside of this crystal demonstrates that this crystal detached from the matrix naturally after formation. I think this is a very good value for a crystal of this size and quality.
