TZ221 - Tsavorite $ 950 SOLD Merelani Hills, Arusha, Tanzania thumbnail - 2.1 x 1.6 x 1.5 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() Large single crystal with great transparency and bright, glassy luster. Damaged on backside where it was likely detached from matrix, front side shows bright green and transparent with big glassy faces. Weighs 6.8 grams.
TZ222 - Tsavorite $ 950 SOLD Merelani Hills, Arusha, Tanzania thumbnail - 1.5 x 1.2 x 1.0 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() Amazing cluster of Tsavorite crystals - rarely do you see clusters and rarer still complete floaters with no point of attachment (they almost always form on Graphite and usually one face of the Tsavorite will be contacted on covered with Graphite). Under a loupe I can find a couple tiny trivial dings, otherwise complete and undamaged. A fine Tsavorite specimen composed of four main crystals, largest is 1cm across. There are some Graphite inclusions, but the crystals are mostly gemmy and transparent.

TZ225 - Tanzanite $ 290 SOLD Merelani Hills, Arusha, Tanzania thumbnail - 3.1 x 1.0 x 0.7 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() Tall, slender Tanzanite crystal. Natural and unheated with good trichroic coloration, including a strong red when viewed up the C-axis. Some slight etching in areas but undamaged.

TS191 - Cerussite with Mimetite $ 300 SOLD Tsumeb, Namibia miniature - 5 x 4.5 x 3 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() Near floater specimen (a little bit of contacting present on left side only) of numerous Cerussite sixling twins and bright yellow Mimetite crystals. Main Cerussite crystal is 2cm across, but there are also about 10 others present, all around the front, back, and sides. In great condition, interesting piece.

The two main Azurite crystals are each about 1.2 cm wide and have super luster and a good blue color and are translucent when backlit, but you can see the bright blue translucently along the edges even when not backlit. Contacted on the backside but displays good from the front.
