The Tourmaline is green with pink at one end and clear at the other. Fine and undamaged.

Easily the best specimen of a parcel I purchased earlier this year, with aesthetic arrangement of the two Titanites. Titanite are sharp and gemmy too. This is an uncommon locality that seldomly produces. .

A270 - Aquamarine with Spessartine $ 500 SOLD Skardu District, Pakistan miniature - 4.2 x 3.5 x 2.5 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() Blocky and lsutrous Albite forms the matrix for an attractive stack of Aquamarine crystals.The main Aqua rises from the Albite while a smaller Aqua stretches towards the main crystal from another Albite, with a smaller dwouble terminated Aqua connecting the two, tip to tip. Etched red Spessartine crystals provide color and contrast.

The main Tourmaline has unusual color zoning - whereas most Tourmaline will be zoned either perpendicular to the C-axis or along the C-axis (such as 'watermelon' Tourmaline), this crystal has a strange and irregular shaped area without any color (achroite), the other end having typical pink coloration.
