E502 - Manganite $ 4000 (=~ AUS$ 6099) SOLD Ilfeld, Hartz Mountains,Germany small cabinet - 7 x 6 x 4.5 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() Bright, lustrous Manganite crystals in dense coverage with various crystals splaying out in different directions for contrast. Ex. Don Boydston collection who obtained it from Peter Bancroft. The Boydston collection had 4 or 5 German Manganites and this was my favorite of them all due to the great luster of the crystals.

NA355 - Chrome Grossular $ 750 (=~ AUS$ 1144) SOLD Jeffrey Mine, Asbestos, Quebec, Canada miniature - 4 x 3 x 2 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() Bright green chrome Grossular crystals to 4mm, well isolated on matrix covered by tiny greenish yellow Pectolite crystals. The Grossulars are outstanding for this color and are much bigger than average for the mine.
NA356 - Wulfenite $ 200 (=~ AUS$ 305) SOLD Gleason (?), Arizona thumbnail - 2.5 x 2.5 x 2.2 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() Thumbnail sized cluster of orange Wulfenite set in a vug, with both the Wulfenite and the vug lined with what appears to be a light covering of sugary, sparkly Quartz. The label shows this specimen dates back to at least 1974 and calls it 'Wulfenite under Calcite'.

While there are the common internal imperfections that kept this crystal from being cut, there are nonetheless many good gemmy zones.

This crystal is internally gemmy and of cutting quality - rarely do these facet quality crystals survive without being cut.

SA833 - Uvite on Magnesite $ 750 (=~ AUS$ 1144) SOLD Brumado Mine, Bahia, Brazil thumbnail - 2.9 x 2.5 x 2.1 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() Superb green Uvite crystal 2.2cm wide perched dramatically on transparent Magenesites of equal quality. This is as good an Uvite as I've seen from this locality with great luster and transparency.
