B936 - Chrome Tourmaline $ 350 (=~ € 285) Nadonjukin, Simanjiro, Tanzania thumbnail - 2 x 0.7 x 0.6 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() Terminated single gem crystal of Chrome Tourmaline which is a chromium and vanadium rich Dravite. Complete all around with deep emerald green coloration in the upper half and a more olive green in the lower half. Fantastic color and the majority of the crystal is highly gemmy. Undamaged. From a spectacular pocket opened in 2016.
B937 - Chrome Tourmaline $ 400 (=~ € 325) Nadonjukin, Simanjiro, Tanzania thumbnail - 2.6 x 0.8 x 0.6 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() Terminated single gem crystal of Chrome Tourmaline which is a chromium and vanadium rich Dravite. Complete all around with deep emerald green coloration in the upper half and a more olive green in the lower half. Fantastic color and the majority of the crystal is flawless to highly gemmy. Undamaged but with a grooove in the lower backside and a small indentation in one face where other Tourmaline crystals were intergrown. From a spectacular pocket opened in 2016.

Complete all around with deep emerald green coloration in the upper half and a more olive green in the lower half. Fantastic color and highly gemmy. Undamaged except for a tiny nick on the upper right side. One narrow face on the left side has etched, stepped growth patterns. From a spectacular pocket opened in 2016.

D100 - Cuprian Austinite $ 390 (=~ € 317) Mina Oujela, Mapimi, Durango, Mexico small cabinet - 7.5 x 6 x 3.5 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() Bright green, translucent masses of Cuprian Austinite on Limonite matrix. Largest group is 3.5 cm across! Excellent color.
D106 - Cerussite on Mimetite $ 400 (=~ € 325) Santa Eulalia, Chihuahua, Mexico miniature - 4.2 x 2.8 x 2.5 cm ![]() ![]() Bright yellow botryoidal Mimetite with a white Cerussite crystal set right in the middle.
D114 - Rhodochrosite $ 350 (=~ € 285) Santa Eulalia, Chihuahua, Mexico thumbnail - 2.6 x 1.2 x 0.8 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Very cute thumbnail sized specimen with bright pink Rhodochrosite set on a long single Rhodochrosite crystal that has been psuedomorphed.
D115 - Sulfur $ 150 (=~ € 122) San Felipe, Baja, Mexico small cabinet - 7.5 x 3.5 x 3.0 cm ![]() ![]() Bright yellow Sulfur crystals to 1.2cm that contrast well against the white matrix. Good coverage of crystals.
D118 - Feldspar var. 'Moonstone' on Aegerine $ 150 (=~ € 122) Patricia Mine, Delicias, Chihuahua, Mexico thumbnail - 3.0 x 1.2 x 1 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() Cluster of Feldspar crystals with an irridescent blue on the narrow faces grown around a single black Aegerine crystal. Reminds me of a guitar. Very few localities produce true moonstone crystals.
D119 - Sulfur $ 150 (=~ € 122) San Felipe, Baja, Mexico small cabinet - 8 x 5.5 x 3.5 cm ![]() ![]() Bright yellow Sulfur crystals to 1.2cm that contrast well against the white matrix. Good crystals.
D123 - Legrandite $ 300 (=~ € 244) Mina Oujela, Mapimi, Durango, Mexico thumbnail - 1.5 x 0.5 x 0.4 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Bright golden, gemmy single spray of Legrandite. Backside of termination intergrew into Limonite, but the front tip has good termination faces.
D126 - Mottramite over/after Quartz $ 180 (=~ € 146) Mina Oujela, Mapimi, Durango, Mexico small cabinet - 5.5 x 3.5 x 3.5 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Oujela Mottramite is common enough, but I've never seen a specimen from here of Mottramite over Quartz crystals. There are numerous crystals of Quartz that are either covered by or replaced by Mottramite. There is Quartz at the base of the specimen, but when I look closely at the bottoms of the crystals at the edge, I can see no Quartz in the cores, which leads me to believe the Quartz has been replaced by Mottramite.
D128 - Fluorite $ 400 (=~ € 325) Mina Oujela, Mapimi, Durango, Mexico miniature - 5 x 3 x 2.8 cm ![]() ![]() Transparent purple/blue crystals from recent finds. Glass-like crystals with one tiny crystal of Galena on the bottom.
D129 - Austinite $ 200 (=~ € 163) Mina Oujela, Mapimi, Durango, Mexico thumbnail - 3 x 2.5 x 1.5 cm ![]() ![]() Glistening single 'gumdrop' of Austinite, 1.5cm wide, on Limonite.
D131 - Scheelite $ 250 (=~ € 203) Sonora, Mexico thumbnail - 2.5 x 1.7 x 1 cm ![]() ![]() Single, undamaged crystal. Translucent and yellow in color. These are rare to see for sale and was likely found in the 1970s or earlier.
