AU364 - Spinel $ 60 (=~ € 55) Mahenge, Morogoro, Tanzania thumbnail - 2 x 1.7 x 1.4 cm Single twinned Spinel crystal from Tanzania. A complete spinel-twinned crystal, translucent purple with minor edge chipping.
AU365 - Chambersite (7 crystals) $ 100 (=~ € 91) Venice Salt Dome, Louisiana, USA thumbnail - 0.4 x 0.4 x 0.4 cm Seven crystals of Chambersite. All are complete tetrahedrons, some with modified terminations, and two that are clusters of crystals. Largest is 4mm on edge. The crystals are translucent purple in color. A rarity that are also quite beautiful with an amethyst-like color. Collected by Fred Pough in 1970. Ex. Chuck Trantham collection.

AU386 - Scorodite $ 250 (=~ € 228) Mina Oujela, Mapimi, Durango, Mexico thumbnail - 3 x 2.5 x 2 cm Limonite matrix with large crystals of translucent reddish Scorodite. The crystals reach 9mm in size.
AU382 - Scorodite $ 350 (=~ € 320) Mina Oujela, Mapimi, Durango, Mexico miniature - 3.7 x 2.2 x 2 cm Limonite matrix with well isolated crystals of translucent blue Scorodite. The crystals reach 4mm in size and stand up nicely off the matrix for good viewing from any direction.
AU725 - Tourmaline on Quartz $ 1250 (=~ € 1142) Himalaya Mine, Mesa Grande, San Diego Co., California, USA small cabinet - 8 x 7.5 x 4.5 cm Two pink Tourmaline intergrown with a larger, glassy smokey Quartz crystal from the Himalaya Mine. The Tourmaline crystals are well terminated and reach 3cm in diameter, one of which is very gemmy. Aside from some light edge chatter on the Quartz, the specimen is undamaged. Ex. AU723 - Herderite $ 1500 (=~ € 1370) Green Cloud Mine, Chihuahua Valley, San Diego Co., California, USA thumbnail - 2.5 x 2.3 x 1.5 cm An outstanding single translucent to transparent Herderite crystal from the Green Cloud Mine. Complete all around crystal with light etching and a smaller crystal attached to one face. This mine is the source of California's finest Hydroxylherderite specimens, and not many were found. Super piece for a San Diego Co. collection. Ex. Al Ordway collection.
AU661 - Smokey Quartz $ 200 (=~ € 183) Pack Rat Mine, McCain Valley, Jacumba, San Diego Co., Califonia, USA small cabinet - 6 x 4.2 x 4 cm Glassy, transparent single smokey Quartz crystal from the Pack Rat Mine. A complete crystal with some Albite grown into the backside and some like colored inclusions that appear to be mica. Ex. Cal Graeber Quartz collection number Q-347.
AU621 - Copper on Prehnite $ 260 (=~ € 238) Michigan Mine, Ontonagon County, Michigan, USA miniature - 5 x 3.5 x 3.5 cm Copper crystals on green Prehnite lining a vug in basalt. The largest Copper crystal is 1.1cm tall. This is possibly from Osceola Mine, but comes with an old label stating the Michigan Mine.
AU639 - Brucite $ 180 (=~ € 164) Killa Saifullah, Balochistan, Pakistan miniature - 4 x 4 x 3 cm Spherical cluster of yellow Brucite on matrix from Pakistan. The Brucite is highly translucent to transparent, about as translucent as it gets. There is alot of Brucite available now, but not of this quality.
AU606 - Spinel $ 300 (=~ € 274) Mahenge, Morogoro, Tanzania thumbnail - 2.5 x 2.5 x 1.5 cm Sharp, red Spinel crystal on matrix from Tanzania. The crystal is 2.5cm in size with excellent red color.
AU678 - Calcite on Quartz $ 125 (=~ € 114) Merelani Hills, Arusha, Tanzania miniature - 3.8 x 1.2 x 1.2 cm White spheres of Calcite crystals attached to a single clear Quartz crystal. The Quartz is doubly-terminated (detached in the pocket and then the bottom recrystallized). A cute little crystal that I kept in my personal Merelani suite for over a decade. Undamaged.
