Azurite crystal grouping with attached Malachite. The Azurite has a waxy to satiny luster and is brilliantly translucent when backlit. From a single pocket opened in April 2015 that produced a limited number of specimens. A couple chips, otherwise undamaged.

Azurite crystal grouping with attached Malachite. Beautiful front and back with just a tiny area of contact on bottom where it attached to the matrix. The Azurite has a waxy to satiny luster and is brilliantly translucent when backlit. From a single pocket opened in April 2015 that produced a limited number of specimens. One very small chip found using a loupe, otherwise undamaged.

Solid cluster of nothing but Dioptase crystals, with the focus on a central, large upright crystal. Main crystal is 1.5cm in diameter, rises up 1.5cm higher than the others, and is undamaged.

An old specimen from the Bill Hiss collection featuring wonderful, transparent Orthoclase var. Moonstone crystals with black Augite crystals. There is also an unknown hoppered octahedral crystal present, about 7mm wide.

Flattened, lustrous Azurite crystals on matrix. One edge of the small, uppermost crystal is contacted on edge where it grew against matrix and another small crystal has damage and irregular growth. Nevertheless, the damage does not distract much and it's a very showy piece, and price reflects the damage.

Single large, thick Azurite crystal with a tiny amount of matrix attached to one side. Slight chipping present but overall very clean and complete all around.

Fine example of Huebnerite crystals in clear Quartz. These are not the typical parallel growth clusters of Huebnerite, rather they are stout individual crystals with wide, flat termination faces. Amazingly, not only are the Huebnerites in perfect condition, the myriad of Quartz crystals are also undamaged. Quartz crystals reach 5cm in length.

Bright, bright silvery Arsenopyrite cluster with aesthetic form. Lustrous and complete all around with some small Apaties on the backside.

Yellow Mimetite crystals on a Duftite covered matrix with a single Cerussite. There are hundreds of Mimetite crystals present in a wide size range from barely visible to 1.5cm long.

Cluster of thick, green Sphene crystals. The crystals orient in an upright position and are thick making for a nice display thumbnail. There are crystals on the bottom too, it's a floater or nearly one.

Stunning Azurite specimen with bladed crystals to 2.5cm wide on a white matrix with spherical masses of Malachite which are distinctive for this pocket.

Bright bladed crystals of Azurite, nothing but Azurite on this one except a single spherical mass of Malachite which is distinctive for this pocket. Some chipping along the edges.

Cluster of large Paravauxite crystals from the famous Siglo XX (Twentieth Century) Mine in Bolivia. These are very large crystals for the species (the main crystal is 2.1cm!!) - most Paravauxite crystals are under 1cm in size.  The Siglo Veinte mine is the Type locality for this uncommon phosphate species.  Small amounts of blue Vauxite adds color contrast. Big crystals!
