Large, complete single Brazilianite crystal. This is a specimen I've owned for about 25 years, purchased long ago from dealer Steve Perry. Steve used to make regular trips to Brazil and was there when this mine was actively producing Brazilianite. This was the biggest, best crystal he found in his trips. There is very minor edge chatter but it's essentially undamaged with good luster, areas of transparency, and the yellow/green color these are known for. Comes with a custom Lucite base.

LL312 - Hemimorphite $ 800

cabinet - 11.5 x 8 x 5.5 cm

Large open vug with white Hemimorphite crystals. The main cluster is an incredible 4.5cm wide fan-shaped formation. An unusual and distinct example of a fairly common mineral. If you've wanted a good Mexican Hemimorphite but think they all look the same, this one is for you.

Large 6cm octahedral pink Fluorite on Muscovite. A superb example from a locality that came to fame for it's Aquamarine, but more recently has produced fine pink Fluorite specimens. The main crystal is highly transparent and there are additional small Fluorites in the Muscovite and a white Feldspar crystal.

Large translucent brown Pargasite crystals associated with blue Spinel. A superb California specimen, it was the best Pargasite (that I saw) from the Chuck Trantham collection, and there is nothing comparable to it on Mindat. The Pargasites are well formed and reach 2.1cm in size, with a band of blue Spinel (including crystals to 4mm) along the bottom, adding good color contrast. Chuck valued this at $750 back in 1983, significantly more than others in his collection that I saw, indicating he too rated this one highly. His label shows a locality of 'Locality No. 2, Twin Lakes area, near Lake Shore, Fresno Co., California' and indicates it was collected in August of 1983.

Cluster of double-terminated Babingtonite crystals from a now old and defunct locality. The crystals have broad, flat terminations to 1.7cm wide. It's a floater, well crystallized all around with a contact or damage along the side of the large crystal, otherwise perfect all around.
