TU74 - Cuprite with Silver $ 250 Poteryaevskoe Mine, Rubtsovskoe Deposit, Western Siberia, Russia thumbnail - 2.5 x 1.8 x 1.8 cm Floater cluster of Cuprite crystals with attached Silver. The Silver occurs primarily as 3 fin-like structures. Main Cuprite crystal is 1.3cm wide. Undamaged.
NA628 - Manganoan Adamite $ 900 Mina Ojuela, Mapimi, Durango, Mexico thumbnail - 3 x 3 x 3 cm Large, lustrous white and purple Adamite crystals. Purple Adamite crystals make some of the most rare and desirable specimens from Mapimi, and really from anywhere in the world. The crystals are undamaged and reach 3cm in length.
A965 - Elbaite $ 350 Stak Nala, Skardu District, Pakistan thumbnail - 3 x 2.5 x 2.0 cm Double-terminated Elbaite attached to a double-terminated Quartz crystal. Main crystal is undamaged, though a tiny second Elbaite grown out of the Quartz is damaged across the termination, but it is so small you don't notice. Both crystals terminate in a yellow coloration.
TZ212 - Wurtzite with Sphalerite $ 250 Merelani Hills, Arusha, Tanzania thumbnail - 1.4 x 1.0 x 1 cm Translucent red/orange color pagoda-shaped crystal of Wurtzite. At the tips are dark areas of epitaxial Sphalerite. These recent Wurtzite specimens from the Merelani Tanzanite mines are the world's best and now rarely found.
SA702 - Ludlamite $ 600 Huanuni Mine, Oruro Dept., Bolivia thumbnail - 2.5 x 2.0 x 1.5 cm 1.4cm crystal of Ludlamite on matrix with Siderite. Aesthtics and quality are superb, undamaged.
SA705 - Apatite with Pyrite $ 400 Julcani Mine, Peru thumbnail - 2.8 x 0.9 x 0.8 cm Hard to find, old time specimen of yellow/green Apatite associated with Pyrite. The apatite has good luster, is double-terminated, perfect and undamaged.
E354 - Cuprite $ 150 Poteryaevskoe Mine, Rubtsovskoe deposit, Siberia, Russia thumbnail - 2.5 x 2.5 x 2.0 cm Intergrown pair of sharp Cuprite crystals. Complete all around with some contacting at the base.
E355 - Cuprite $ 200 Poteryaevskoe Mine, Rubtsovskoe deposit, Siberia, Russia thumbnail - 2.2 x 2.2 x 2.2 cm Intergrown pair of sharp Cuprite crystals. A complete floater but with a couple areas where other crystals were intergrown. Tiny amounts of copper and silver attached.
TZ337 - Wurtzite $ 250 Merelani Hills, Arusha, Tanzania thumbnail - 2.4 x 1.1 x 1.1 cm Translucent red/orange Wurtzite crystal from the Merelani Tanzanite Mines. These were found several years ago and were instantly recognized as the world's best for species. These are no longer being found.
TZ341 - Wurtzite $ 650 Merelani Hills, Arusha, Tanzania thumbnail - 2.2 x 1.7 x 1.2 cm Translucent red/orange Wurtzite crystal.
TU155 - Azurite $ 200 Milpillas Mine, Cuitaca, Sonora, Mexico thumbnail - 2.8 x 2.2 x 2.0 cm Azurite crystal cluster on a small amount of matrix. Main crystal is 2.5cm long and 1.8cm wide and undamaged. Damage to one of the small side crystals.
NA964 - Rhodochrosite $ 300 Mont St. Hilaire, Quebec, Canada thumbnail - 2.2 x 2.2 x 0.4 cm Sharp, thin twinned Rhodocrosite crystal from Mont St. Hilaire in the distinctive form often found at this locality. A floater specimen well crystallized on all sides.
AF208 - Carrollite $ 300 Kamoya South Mine, Kambove, Congo thumbnail - 2 x 1.9 x 1.5 cm Well formed single cuboctahedral crystal with a grey surface patina. This is from the Lorraine Sofia collection and likely predates the big Carrollite finds that started in 2001. High quality and undamaged
TU180 - Azurite with Malachite Milpillas Mine, Cuitaca, Sonora, Mexico thumbnail - 2.5 x 2 x 1.5 cm Azurite crystal cluster with little stringers of 'spider-web' Malachite attached. Undamaged floater cluster composed of 4 intergrown crystals. Superb.
TU181 - Azurite with Malachite $ 200 Milpillas Mine, Cuitaca, Sonora, Mexico thumbnail - 2.1 x 2 x 2 cm Azurite crystal cluster with little stringers of 'spider-web' Malachite attached. Floater cluster of intergrown crystals, nearly perfect with just a couple tiny contacts.
