A single large Azurite crystal with areas altered to Malachite. The Azurite has superb luster and bright 'electric' blue color. There is one small nick along the top edge, otherwise perfect.

Well formed single cuboctahedral crystal with a grey surface patina. This is from the Lorraine Sofia collection and likely predates the big Carrollite finds that started in 2001. High quality and undamaged

Azurite crystal cluster with little stringers of 'spider-web' Malachite. The Azurite has bright 'electric' blue color. Top crystal is a 1.8 cm double terminated crystal complete all around.

Gemmy single crystal with a very rich emerald green color. Complete and undamaged.A little dark but with an intense green when backlit.

Gemmy and complete single Peridot crystal with fine lime green color. This crystal is from a parcel I bought many years ago. The parcel stood out to me as all the crystals had this great bright green color as compared to most available which had a more olive green color. Good transparency and with smooth, flat crystal faces as compared to most which are rounded in form. A great little crystal.

Large, sharp pink Smithsonite on matrix. Main crystals is 2.2cm across and pristine. Good silky luster and very translucent.

Malachite after Azurite crystals. The Azurite has only slightly altered to Malachite in areas, and the specimen looks more like Malachite on Azurite.

9mm octahedral crystal of Malachite after Cuprite set in a flaoter cluster of crystallized Azurite. Historic specimen dating back to the 1800s, the locality is long closed. Usually found as loose singles, Malchite after Cuprites set in Azurite are uncommon.
