Well crystallized all around with a twinning groove along one edge. High luster like polished glass and areas of gem transparency (much better than photos!). Amblygonite is a rare lithium-aluminum phosphate species that is not commonly seen in fine display quality crystals. This is a well crystallized specimen with big glassy faces on both sides and contacting along the bottome and one side edge. Translucent with transparent gem areas. Excellent thumbnail for the species!
