Terminated single Tremolite crystal with bright, vivid green coloration. Translucent to transparent, complete all around, with flat, glassy termination faces. Most are mere shards or fragments and complete terminated crystals such as this are are much less common. Like a number of other mineral species from Merelani, these Tremolites are considered the world's best of species.

A round cabochon of golden yellow Chrysoberyl that shows a sharp cat's eye effect. Weighs 0.45 carats.

Complete single Spessartine crystal with great orange color. These are no longer being found or at least very seldomly found anymore. A great example with good color and transparent gem zones. Very trivial edge wear, essentially undamaged.

Complete single Spessartine crystal with great orange color. These are no longer being found or at least very seldomly found anymore. A great example with good color. There is an area of black inclusions, but the large amount of transparent gem zones in the rest of the crystal more than makes of for it. Minor edge wear and a contact where it grew against another crystal, but complete and in overall good condition.

Single gemmy Zircon crystal with a nice wine red to red brown coloration. Complete all around and undamaged except for some slight edge chipping. Smooth, flat crystal faces. Zircon crystals from this locality often have long thin surface grooves caused by another unidentified crystal. This crystal has such surface grooves, and it also has a crystal of the other mineral fully included inside it. A whitish colored crystal a full 1cm long can be seen running lengthwise in one side of the Zircon crystal.

Bright and shiny Galena crystals from Iowa! A nice stack of cubes. This came out of an old collection with the only 'Iowa' as the locality. Neat and unusual piece for an Iowa mineral collector.
