Showy cluster of glassy green Apatite crystals. Bright and lively crystals. Undamaged. The camera does not pick up the green well and the brightness is not well conveyed in photos, thus this is way better in person than the photos may indicate.

Approximately 20 crystals of the hard to find mineral Siegenite on matrix. Siegenite is a rare cobalt, nickel sulfide. The Siegenite crystals on this specimen are partially coated by a fine layer of Pyrite crystals. Wonderful specimen of this rare species.

Highly aesthetic specimen of a large single crystal of Malachite with attached octahedra of Cuprite. The Malachite has spherical indentations on the front and backside with a broad, flat termination. The locality is believed to be Ongonja, but it is possible it could be Katanga. Undamaged.

Glassy and gemmy etched Aquamarine crystal. Natural processes in the pegmatite have partially dissolved the crystal leaving this fully crystallized, undamaged gem with oustanding form.

Two larger velvety crystals of green Malchite after Azurite crystals on matrix with blue Azurite crystals.  The Azurite crystals are located both on the matrix and on the pseudomorphs. Fine and undamaged, an excellent Ajo specimen.

Single Tourmaline crystal that grades up from medium green to clear to dark green at the termination. Unusual color zoning. Undamaged, with gem zones.

Double terminated Quartz scepter from a 2017 find. The scepter head has both smokey and amethyst coloration and the stalk is pink due to Hematite inclusions. Complete all around. There is a chip along one termination edge, otherwise undamaged. The combination of the colors and form make for a great specimen. One of the larger more colorful crystals in the lot.

Parallel growth, double terminated Quartz scepters from a 2017 find. The scepter heads have both smokey and amethyst coloration and the stalk is pink due to Hematite inclusions. Complete and undamaged though with slight etching or interferred growth in a few areas. The combination of the colors and form make for a great specimen.

Elongated Tsavorite crystal group with attached Pyrite crystals. Towering stack of crystals with a distinct faden line. Excellent color on the Tsavorite, glassy and well crystallized all around. This style of Tsavorite is new this year and highly unusual, and a wonderful surprise from the Merelani mines. Complete and undamaged floater crystallized all around. An amazing specimen!!!

Formation of multiple elongated Tsavorite crystal groups with small attached Diopside crystals. Excellent color on the Tsavorite, glassy and well crystallized all around. This style of Tsavorite is new this year and highly unusual, and a wonderful surprise from the Merelani mines. Floater specimen, undamaged with no points of contact. An amazing specimen!!!
