LP272 - Brazilianite $ 325 Telerio Mine, Mendes Pimental, Minas Gerais, Brazil miniature - 3.2 x 1.1 x 0.6 cm Glassy and gemmy Brazilianite crystal from the Telerio Mine in Brazil. This is a doubly-terminated crystal in perfect condition with just one slight indentation on one edge where it grew upon Albite. Ex. Len Pisciotta collection. LP613 - Axinite on Quartz $ 280 Puiva Mine #32, Polar Ural Mtns., Tyumen Oblast, Russia miniature - 4 x 3.8 x 3 cm Fine miniature composed of a sharp, transparent purple crystal of Axinite atop transparent smokey Quartz crystals. The Axinite is 2.5cm wide, transparent, and perfect on both sides. Comes with an old Frazier's Minerals label.
LP537 - Fluorite $ 125 Yaogangxian Mine, Hunan, China miniature - 4.7 x 3.8 x 2.2 cm Glassy and gemmy cluster of transparent purple and light blue Fluorite crystals. The Fluorite are stepped cubic crystals and water clear.
LP550 - Enargite on Quartz $ 125 Butte, Silver Bow Co., Montana, USA miniature - 5 x 4.5 x 2.5 cm Black crystals of Enargite and tiny clear Quartz crystals on the front, top, and back of this historic specimen from one the western USA's last mining boomtowns. Not common elsewhere, Enargite was one of the major ores of Copper at Butte.
LP547 - Mimetite $ 150 Pingtouling Mine, Liannan Co., Qingyuan Prefecture, Guangdong Province, China miniature - 4 x 2.7 x 2.5 cm High quality, lustrous crystals of Mimetite on matrix. Undamaged crystals with a rich golden color to 4mm in size.
LP576 - Pyromorphite $ 250 Daoping Mine, Guangxi Prov., China miniature - 3.2 x 3.2 x 2.8 cm Bright, almost neon green crystals of Pyropmorphite on a small amount of Quartz matrix. Colorful specimen with a good mixture of large and small crystals.
LP563 - Arsenopyrite $ 125 Yaogangxian Mine, Hunan, China miniature - 4 x 2.5 x 2.5 cm Cluster of intergrown, doubly-terminated Aresonopyrite crystals. Silvery metallic and well crystallized all around. I found one point of contact on the tip of a smaller crystal, otherwise it's perfectly crystallized and undamaged all around.
LP789 - Scorodite $ 600 Mina Oujela, Mapimi, Durango, Mexico miniature - 4.5 x 3.5 x 2.5 cm Large, well formed Scorodite crystals on matrix. The crystals reach 1.1cm wide and are present on both sides of specimen. The crystals have areas of red coloration inside which can be seen when backlit. These were analyzed and trace Copper and Cobalt were detected which may be the cause of the red coloration.
MK970 - Rutile with Quartz $ 200 Novo Horizonte, Bahia, Brazil miniature - 4.5 x 3.5 x 3 A black Hematite crystal with radiating needles of golden Rutile partially included within a transparent smokey Quartz crystal.
LP848 - Topaz $ 150 Marambaia, Padre Paraiso, Minas Gerais, Brazil miniature - 3.9 x 2.3 x 2.3 cm Single colorless gem Topaz crystal from Brazil. In excellent condition, complete all around with only minor edge nicks.
ST323 - Woodhouseite $ 75 Champion Mine, Mono Co., California, USA miniature - 3.8 x 3 x 1.5 Woodhouseite crystals to 3mm in size on matrix with an attached small Quartz crystals. This is a floater specimen well crystallized all around. The Champion Mine is the Type locality for this rare species and has produced the world's best specimens.
LP126 - Amblygonite $ 350 Linopolis, Divino das Laranjeiras, Minas Gerais, Brazil miniature - 4 x 3.7 x 3 cm Large single crystal of translucent to transparent yellow Amblygonite. Amblygonite is a rare lithium-aluminum phosphate species that is not commonly seen in fine display quality crystals. This crystal is big and chunky with glassy luster and is mostly complete all around.
LP926 - Fluorite $ 450 Erongo Mtns., Namibia miniature - 3.4 x 1.5 x 1.3 cm Flattened, diamond-shaped Fluorite crystals from Erongo, a region known for these unusual Fluorites. The crystals are transparent purple with wisps of green and brown.
LP927 - Fluorite $ 1400 Erongo Mtns., Namibia miniature - 4.2 x 2 x 2 cm Colorful, unusually-shaped Fluorite crystal from Erongo, a region known for these strange Fluorites. The crystal is transparent purple and green with a diagonal band of reddish brown. Complete all around and undamaged with matte luster on some faces and glassy luster on others. One photo is backlit to show internal colors.
