T29 - Tanzanite $ 4500 (=~ £ 3237) Merelani Hills, Arusha Region, Tanzania miniature - 3.3 x 2.5 x 1 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() Rare double Tanzanite with two crystals attached to each other at teh sides, both very gemmy with excellent color saturation. No damage, very good piece, 3.3 x 2.5 x 1 cm.
A252 - Pyrrhotite on Chalcopyrite $ 175 (=~ £ 126) Yaogangxian Mine, Yizhang Co., Hunan Prov., China miniature - 3.2 x 2 x 2 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() Three rosettes of Pyrrhottite on on Chalcopyrite with metallic needles of Jamesonite. This is older material from Yaogangxian that was not common, 3.2 x 2 x 2 cm.
AF485 - Demantoid Garnet on Quartz $ 550 (=~ £ 396) Erongo Mountains, Namibia miniature - 3.5 x 3.5 x 2 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() Four sharp, gem quality Demantoid crystals on cluster of Quartz crystals. This was etched out of Calcite. Size 3.5 x 3.5 x 2 cm.
AF498 - Acanthite $ 300 (=~ £ 216) Imiter Mine, Ouarzazate Prov., Morocco miniature - 3.6 x 2.5 x 2 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() Well formed Acanthite crystals with individuals to 1.5cm. Good luster on the crystals too, size 3.6 x 2.5 x 2 cm.
AF492 - Acanthite $ 350 (=~ £ 252) Imiter Mine, Ouarzazate Prov., Morocco miniature - 4 x 2.5 x 2.5 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() Large, well formed Acanthite with individual crystals to 2cm. Complete all around with small wire of Silver in areas, size 4 x 2.5 x 2.5 cm.
AF557 - Vanadinite $ 200 (=~ £ 144) Mibladen, Morocco miniature - 4 x 2 x 1.5 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() Orangy red crystals with excellent luster. Thick crystals to 8mm wide covering matrix. Vanadanite has been coming out in quantity over the years, but both quantity and quality has diminished over the past few years. I found one Moroccan miner in Tucson this year with a handful of quality pieces. Get a good one now, 4 x 2 x 1.5 cm.
NA317 - Amethyst $ 350 (=~ £ 252) Las Vigas, Veracruz, Mexico miniature - 5 x 4 x 4 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() "V" group of Amethyst on matrix, crystal on left a scepter, 5 x 4 x 4 cm.
AF546 - Acanthite $ 250 (=~ £ 180) Imiter Mine, Atlas Mtns., Morocco miniature - 3.2 x 2.3 x 2.2 cm ![]() ![]() Sharp octahedral crystals to 13mm on edge, 3.2 x 2.3 x 2.2 cm.
AF537 - Acanthite Imiter Mine, Atlas Mtns., Morocco miniature - 3.2 x 2.5 x 2 cm ![]() ![]() Sharp octahedral crystals to 12mm on edge. The crystals are very sharp in form but have slightly curved edges giving them a unique appearance, 3.2 x 2.5 x 2 cm.

E543 - Acanthite $ 600 (=~ £ 432) Freiberg, Saxony, Germany miniature - 3.4 x 3.2 x 2.2 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Well formed Acanthite crystal to 1.4cm in a cluster. Older specimen with a Mark Rogers label, 3.4 x 3.2 x 2.2 cm.
SA557 - Rhodochrosite $ 260 (=~ £ 187) Uchucchacua Mine, Oyon Prov., Peru miniature - 3.7 x 2 x 2 cm ![]() ![]() Perfect single gem red scalenohedral Rhodochrosite crystal, 1cm, 3.7 x 2 x 2 cm.
SA451 - Tourmaline, Lepidolite, Quartz $ 360 (=~ £ 259) Mina da Ponte, Aracuai, Mnas Gerais, Brazil miniature - 4 x 3.5 x 2.5 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() Clear Quartz crystal partially enclosing what was once a green Tourmaline crystal. The Tourmaline within the Quartz remains complete, however where it exits the Quartz (on top and along the backside), it has altered to a rectangular stack of Lepidolite crystals. Two small dings on the Quartz. Really neat and interesting specimen, 4 x 3.5 x 2.5 cm.
NA297 - Pyromorphite $ 950 (=~ £ 683) Bunker Hill Mine, Kellogg, Idaho miniature - 3.4 x 3.1 x 2.4 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() Curved yellow Pyromorphite crystals on matrix. Excellent piece, old Kristalle label, size 3.4 x 3.1 x 2.4 cm.
NA107 - Epidote with Quartz $ 375 (=~ £ 270) Green Monster Mine, Prince of Wales Island, Alaska miniature - 4 x 2 x 1.3 cm ![]() ![]() ![]() Fine specimen of thick Epidote crystals with Quartz from the classic locality. Main crystal is 4 x 2 x 1.3 cm in size. No damage to this specimen, I can't tell which view is best, good all around. Mounted on a lucite stand, 5 x 4 x 2.5 cm.
