Floater cluster of Azurite from the famous Chessy mines of France. These mines are long closed and I understand these specimens were found in the 1800s. This specimen features large blocky crystals and uniform deep blue color. There are no points of contact, a complete floater and undamaged. The finest large Chessy Azurite I've ever owned.

M160 - Brochantite $ 3000 (=~ £ 2399)

Thick chisel-shaped crystals of deep forest green Brochantite crystals on matrix. A few of the crystals to the lower right grew against the pocket/seam wall otherwise the crystals all have wonderful sharp terminations. These are thick, robust crystals from a 2014 find and are much different in style than earlier finds from the mine which were usually more fragile, hair-like crystals.

Incredible specimen of two attached ball-shaped formations of Erythrite crystals. A rare floater specimen for this species, crystallized all around. Definitely different than most Erythrites you will encounter.

A 4cm Fluorite cube on matrix with Sphalerite. The Fluorite is a sea foam green with inclusions of white Aragonite needles. Fluorites from this find and this particular color are uncommon and hard to find. There is minor chipping present, otherwise the crystal is pristine with glassy luster and razor sharp edges. A hard to find piece for a Fluorite collector.

Shockingly bright, electric blue Azurite crystals lining a large, shallow vug. The color is a more dark, vibrant royal blue than the photos indicate. The photos also don't capture the bright reflections of the crystals - they look like blue foil. These are so incredibly bright I had to take a second look to make sure they weren't Linarite or some other species. I've never Azurite seen like this before, though I have heard Bisbee produced similar Azurites to this at one time. The backside is sawn revealing another small vug containing typical, darker blue Azurite crystals. If you want to add a large amount of bright blue to your case, this is the one.

Striking specimen of deep blue Azurite crystals from the Milpillas Mine.  The Azurite crystals reach 2.5cm in size and from an attractive grouping well centered on a clean white matrix. In excellent condition with some chipping only on the lower outer edges. Visually stunning specimen!!

The Azurite has a waxy to satiny luster and is brilliantly translucent when backlit. From a single clay-filled pocket opened in April 2015 . There is a small nick on the upper right crystal, otherwise undamaged.

Fantastic single Chrome Tourmaline from Tanzania. 'Chrome Tourmaline' is a vanandium and chromium rich variety of the species Dravite. This crystal has 3 distinct color zones - a bright, vivid green at the termination, a darker green at the center, and a yellow green at the base. This is one of about 5 similar crystals I purchased years ago and I've never seen another similar since then. Weighs 35 grams.
