This specimen has water-clear fluorite crystals positioned on massive white calcite. A few grey-black galena crystals and some very minor micro pyrite crystals are also in association. The calcite surfaces are smooth showing some evidence of etching. Ex. Frazier's Minerals.

Clear modified cube Fluorite crystals are seen on the tops of gray galena crystals. Also in association are numerous groups of small silver colored Arsenopyrite crystals. A classic combination suite of species from Ojuela, with Fluorite on Galena being uncommon. Undamaged floater crystallized on all sides.

Large single Barite crystal, translucent to transparent. Perfectly terminated and complete all around. There is a Fluorite crystal intergrown on the right edge, and there is a small cleave on part of the edge, possibly caused by the growth of the Fluorite crystal, otherwise undamaged.

Light purple/blueFluorite crystals on Quartz crystals. The Fluorite crystal is hexoctahedral.

Translucent purple/blue Fluorite cubes. Good color and some partially covered by drusy Quartz.

Rhombic Rhodochrosite crystals to 1.5cm on a Quartz crystal covered matrix. In addition to the Rhodochrosite, there are a number of glassy, pale green Fluorite crystals to 1.5cm.

A beautiful, pristine condition, cabinet size specimen with clear, slightly modified, Fluorite crystals and Galena crystals. The clear translucent Fluorites have a light green intermixed coloration. An old label from 'Flying Pan Mineral Center' of Littleton, Colorado is included with a note on the back showing a price of $65 in 1980. A very well preserved specimen with the only visible damage seen at the peripheral edges of of the matrix. Specimen weight is approximately 7-9 lbs.

Dark reddish purple Fluorite crystals on matrix with Chalcopyrite and Quartz crystals. The largest Fluorite crystals reach 1.3 cm in largest dimension. Comes with an old Scott Williams label, undamaged.The locality is also known as Horní Slavkov.

Specimens like these are often called 'pseudomorphs' of one mineral replacing another. In reality, this is an 'epimorph' of Quartz after Fluorite. The Quartz grew on the top of the Fluorite, then natural fluids etched away just the Fluorite leaving a perfect cast of the former crystals. A very clean, old collection example from Bohemia.

A cluster of dark purple color Fluorite crystals from this historic American mining locality. Very aesthetic specimen with no damage. Largest single crystal measures 4cm on edge.

A very sculptural specimen with cubic, lavender color, Fluorite crystals 'capped' by small white color Dolomite crystals that are dusted with microscopic Pyrite. An outstanding classic English Fluorite specimen with an old Al McGuinness label circa 1970's. The bottom of the matrix has a trim-cut for the best presentation angle. Most importantly, there is NO Damage to the Fluorite crystals, and they are razor sharp!

Transparent light purple Fluorite octahedron on matrix. So clear you can see right through it to the matrix. Sharply formed crystal with light etching along some edges.

Classic old specimen of translucent blue Chalcedony that has repalced cubic Fluorite. Lustrous undamaged crystals. Comes with an old Julius Bohm label.

Double terminated clear Quartz crystal with inclusions of purple Fluorite crystals. These were found one time perhaps 10 years ago and have not been found since. I count 5 included Fluorite crystals. Undamaged.
