TU248 - Fluorite $ 950 (=~ € 868) Chasan Mine, Chenzhou, Hunan, China small cabinet - 7.5 x 5 x 4 cm Water clear light green Fluorite cubes on matrix. Central main isolated cube is 2cm on the diagonal. Some of the smaller crystals are so clear you can't see them until you reflect light off their faces. This is the best quality from this find that I could find. Complete all around and undamaged. Better than photos.
TU250 - Fluorite $ 500 (=~ € 457) La Viesca Mine, Huergo, La Collada, Asturias, Spain miniature - 4.5 x 4 x 3.5 cm Transparent purple Fluorite cubes with exceptionally glossy, wet-looking luster. There is a cleave on the lower right corner of the amin crystals, otherwise undamaged.
TU253 - Fluorite on Quartz with Barite $ 400 (=~ € 365) La Viesca Mine, Huergo, La Collada, Asturias, Spain miniature - 5 x 5 x 3.5 cm Water-clear, purple Fluorite cubes on a Quartz crystal covered matrix with small white Barite crystals. The Fluorite crystals have superb surface luster. Damage to one Barite cluster on the lower right side, otherwise undamaged. Good Fluorite crystals on the back side too!
TU251 - Fluorite on Quartz $ 750 (=~ € 685) La Viesca Mine, Huergo, La Collada, Asturias, Spain small cabinet - 7.5 x 6 x 3.5 cm Transparent purple/blue Fluorite cubes on a Quartz crystal covered matrix. Exceptionally bright crystals! It really pops when compared to others. Glossy, wet-looking luster. There are a couple tiny, trivial nicks that you have to search for, otherwise undamaged. This one is really nice and way better than photos.
TU252 - Fluorite with Calcite $ 600 (=~ € 548) Emilio Mine, Colunga District, Caravia Mining Area, Asturias, Spain miniature - 4.5 x 4 x 3.5 cm Water-clear, colorless Fluorite cubes without matrix surrounding a single Calcite crystal. Great luster with slight corner modifications. Undamaged.
J382 - Fluorite and Quartz on Hematite $ 300 (=~ € 274) Egremont, Cumbria, England miniature - 5 x 4.5 x 2 cm Red Hematite matrix with typical black Hematite crystals (both sides) and Quartz crystals (one side). What is uncommon is the presence of Fluorite crystals which occur as transparent cubes of about 3mm.
J512 - Fluorite with Barite $ 400 (=~ € 365) Boulder Hill Mine, Wellington, Nevada, USA cabinet - 10.5 x 7.5 x 4 cm Translucent to transparent Fluorite crystals with distinct grey phantoms. This is an undamaged floater with cream colored Barite crystals attached to the backside. This is a self collected specimen and the single best piece from a large pocket I found there approximately 15 years ago.
J561 - Fluorite on Quartz with Scheelite $ 350 (=~ € 320) - ON HOLD Yaogangxian Mine, Hunan, China small cabinet - 6.5 x 5 x 5 cm Attractive and classic Yaogangxian specimen consisting of a large doubly-terminated Quarz crystal, cubic purple Fluorite, yellow/green Muscovite, and tan Scheelite crystals. It's nearly a floater with a small point of contact at the base, otherwise complete all around and undamaged.
J693 - Quartz on Fluorite $ 180 (=~ € 164) Chebka sidi Said, Midelt, Meknes-Tafilalet Region, Morocco small cabinet - 8.0 x 5 x 2.5 cm Yellow Fluorite cubes to 3.5cm on edge with attached clear Quartz crystals, so clear they practically dissappear on the surfaces of the Fluorite. Translucent to transparent with good color saturation.
K738 - Fluorite with Calcite $ 600 (=~ € 548) Dongpo Mine, Yizhang Co., Hunan, China small cabinet - 7 x 6 x 3.5 cm Transparent light green Fluorite cubes with transparent wafer-like Calcite crystals. The quality of both the Fluorite and Calcite is remarkable. The best of a small lot I obtained years ago.
M345 - Fluorite on Sphalerite $ 275 (=~ € 251) Naica, Chihuahua, Mexico miniature - 3.3 x 3.2 x 2.1 cm Showy miniature sized specimen of transparent cubes of Fluorite atop Sphalerite with a small amount of white Calcite crystals accenting the lower left. The Fluorite cluster is 2cm in size. Very nice piece!
M598 - Rhodochrosite with Fluorite $ 600 (=~ € 548) Sunnyside Mine, Silverton, San Juan Co. Colorado, USA small cabinet - 7.5 x 6 x 4.5 cm Pale blueish green Fluorite crystals with pink Rhodochrosite from a classic Colorado locality, on a Quartz and sulfide rich matrix.
CT645 - Fluorite $ 650 (=~ € 594) Minerva Mine, Cave-in-Rock, Hardin Co., Illinois, USA cabinet - 13.5 x 10 x 3.5 cm Large cluster of transparent to translucent Fluorite cubes from the Minerva Mine. The Fluorite is yellow with thin outer layers of purple and has both attached and included crystals of Chalcopyrite. Clean and in excellent condition with small crystals on the backside too.
LL115 - Fluorite on Sphalerite $ 450 (=~ € 411) Elmwood Mine, Carthage, Tennessee, USA small cabinet - 8.5 x 5.5 x 5.5 cm Translucent purple Fluorite crystal atop crystals of deep red Sphalerite. The Fluorite is 5cm (on the diagonal), complete all around and undamaged.
LL342 - Fluorite on Muscovite $ 9500 (=~ € 8679) Chumar Bakhoor, Nagar District, Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan cabinet - 12 x 9.5 x 6 cm Large 6cm octahedral pink Fluorite on Muscovite. A superb example from a locality that came to fame for it's Aquamarine, but more recently has produced fine pink Fluorite specimens. The main crystal is highly transparent and there are additional small Fluorites in the Muscovite and a white Feldspar crystal.
