Exceptional specimen of the rare phosphate mineral Kulanite. These are often found as specimens with small drusy crystals. This specimen has a large isolated crystal/compound crystal (?) 1cm wide along with other smaller, isolated crystals. Out of an old collection.

Translucent blue spinel crystal, the largest and most perfect of the lot. Slight edge/tip damage, but overall very good. These were first discovered in 2001 and are found mostly of industrial quality. Though they don't get very large, the color is spectacular. It's on the large size range and has very good color. Studies have shown these to be very high in Zinc and could be labelled as Gahnite.

Lot of 3 Spinel-twinned crystals. Slight edge/tip damage, but overall very good. These were first discovered in 2001 and are found mostly of industrial quality. Though they don't get very large, the color is spectacular. Very good color and transparent (I have noticed that the spinel-twins have the best transparency). Studies have shown these to be very high in Zinc and could be labelled as Gahnite.
